Todd was on time (actually showed up early, even better) was very helpful in explaining what the problem and how it would be fixed. Sorted it out in short order and was super friendly! Will be using this service again for any A/C issues going forward. Same day service was huge especially for Florida in May!

Vojta was great. He kept at it until he found out what was wrong. We were close to replacing the compressor, which would have been more time and money and would not have solved the problem. Appreciate that he got back the same day and we didn't have to spend the night without a/c.

Troy was very good . Very professional, courteous , went right to work. Liked him very much. He got my a/c going again!

I was impressed how quickly they came out specially as it was the weekend. The technician was a wonderful guy, he quickly figured out what was wrong and was knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the a/c and we were grateful to have it running as it was a hot day!

Came early and was done in about an hour and a half! Todd was very nice and professional and kept me updated with everything he was doing. Will definitely use them again!

Troy came on 2 occasions, one to perform annual maintenance, where he found a fault that was not addressed by a previous company. He went over and above when I expected to solve the solution. He came a second time and work was completed within an hour. I am thoroughly satisfied.

I have been using forest air for several years mostly for system maintenance. If I need any repairs they are at my home the same day. I am never without my air conditioner. I don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you Forest Air.
