1st appointment they called to cancel because they were 4 hours late. Next appointment I had to call because they were 3 hours late. 2 days of our schedules were moved around.

Once they showed up it only got worse. Technician admitted he didn't check the heating board when only months before he replaced the AC board. It didn't matter that he admitted to messing up, I was charged another $89 service charge. I didn't feel comfortable spending another $400+ with this company. I'm still confused as to what the $89 charge was for? To show up late and say "I should have checked that when I was here in November?"

To many other companies to give my buisness too. Fool me once... You know the saying!

Patrick Meyler with Forest Air is very knowledgeable and kind. He services my home 2 times per year and each time stellar services.

Just had our new unit checked after a 6 month install. Eric changed our filter and was able to troubleshoot a musty smell which turned out to be a thermostat setting error on our part. He went over drain maintenance, filter change, and thermostat settings with precision and patience. We were not charged anything as this call was under warranty. As a consumer I really appreciate Forest Air’s professional technicians and employees. This is a wonderful company to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

My A/C failed, i called early the next morning for repair and the repairman arrived late the same day. My failure was caused by a bad fan speed relay and my system was reasonably repaired. They could have charged me a fortune for things I didn't need. I appreciate there honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

We've called Forest Air about 4 of 5 times in the last 5 years. We've had several different techs come out...Patrick last year and Eric this year. They were awesome. Eric took the time to explain the problem and made suggestions that were reasonable and quickly repaired the problem. The entire company is prompt, professional and courteous. Most importantly, they are knowledgable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My A/C failed, of course, at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. I called called the company and the repairman arrived within 30 minutes. The tech (Todd) knew very quickly just what the issue was. He had the part in the truck, had it changed and the A/C running within 15 minutes of arrival. I believe the charges are fair, especially for after hours! He could have charged me a small fortune for things I didn't need. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Danny and his crew did a great job installing vents in my condo. Many of the other owners have asked me for his contact info and I gladly gave it to them. More than happy to recommend his service!

The price for the work that I requested was among the most competitive that I had found, and yet they provided an outstanding service. The team was very, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
