Would highly recommend Forest Air Conditioning! My A/C was having trouble running. I called and they were able to come out same day on a Sunday. Their tech, Patrick, arrived almost an hour earlier than what they said and he fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. My A/C is working great now!

Patrick was actually early, which was nice. He discovered the a/c breaker was tripped & got it back on. That was a complete surprise. He blew out the drain line & emptied the pan. Checked all the ducts to try & find why we’re getting a huge accumulation of dust on the filter, having to change it every 2 weeks. He couldn’t determine the cause. Recommended a return in each bedroom, but we’ve never had a problem in the 6 yrs. we’ve had the unit, so problem is solved.

A few years ago I had a mini-split system installed in my home. With the extreme heat this summer I noticed it was not cooling my house very well. I called Forest Air and they suggested that we have the units deep cleaned, I didn't know I needed to do that. Troy showed up this morning right on time, was very professional and courteous at all times. The units were very dirty and it took him some time to get them all cleaned. Thank you, it is working great so far.

Troy was very personable and knowledgeable. He saw what the problem was quickly. He worked diligently and explained what he was doing step by step. I had very high humidity in our house and previous hvac technicians from other companies could not come up with solution. Patrick arrived and within seconds had diagnosed the problem with a fan setting and even though could have convinced me to buy de-humidifier, he fixed the problem and checked out the rest of the system for the cost of only a service call. Very pleased . Humidity is down within a couple of hours already.
