Patrick was aware that I was returning home after a long stay in rehab for a leg injury. He kept us updated and eventually obtained the part and fixed the unit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AC went out on a Friday night, started calling around on Saturday morning hoping to get someone to come out.
Forest was the only company I called who had a real person answer. I was told that someone would call in a half hour.
The tech called in less than 10 minutes, and said he would be at the house around 11 or 12. Troy showed up at exactly 11, and got us up and running in about an hour. He explained everything he was doing, and then wrote up an estimate to replace our 17 year old system.
I am very happy with the work done by Troy and Forest. I will be using them again whenever my system needs work.

My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the work (at home) day and the temperature in the house was up to 85 degrees. Lake from Forest Air came out right away and within the short while he was here, it got up to 87 degrees. But Lake found the issue quickly and was able to fix it in no time. I recently had my Central A/C unit replaced by Forest Air. Like any person i shopped around to get the best system for the price. I wanted to stay away for the ICP A/C Brands like ComfortMaker that others have quoted. Forest Air Quoted York and i have read the reviews a they were very good. On the day of install The Crew arrived first thing in the morning to get started. Danny arrived soon after to over see the install personally. Each tech took the time to make sure this install was done perfectly and to spec. Danny himself gave the system a once over before everybody left. I feel very confident in this purchase with Forest Air. My family and I really enjoy my new system and would recommend Forest Air to anybody looking for a new A/C System.

Great company. Very helpful. Have trusted them for years. But I need to mention to avoid Troy because he will waste your time, energy and money. That is what happen to me. Had service done on the 3rd for Thomas Childress. Like to say that the tech Ozzy I believe that is his name did an outstanding job as well as prompt. He even clean up behind himself. I watch as he did his job and in my line of work I notice that Ozzy truly loved his job and done it with pride. Also greeted and left with eye contact and a handshake. A+++ for service as well as customer service.

I'm updating my review as circumstances have changed. Although Forest Air replaced an expensive part for a fair price, it didn't remedy the issue, which is a low value. After replacing the AC coil and still having it freeze up, a Forest Air technician came back and turned on the HVAC fan to run 100% of the time. The tech indicated he was doing that to determine the cause of the freezing and that he'll be back the next day. He didn't come back for over a week and didn't diagnose anything upon his return. He rewired the fan back to how it was and left.
