Forest Air Conditioning & Heating

I am completely satisfied with the work completed by the Forest Air representatives, both on the phone and the service men that came to my home. They were very professional, thoroughly explained the work accomplished, and were very careful of the property. I am pleased to be a Cool Club member, and look forward to continued excellent service in the future.

My air conditioner went out late in the afternoon. Called several places listed in alphabetical order. No one was available for evenings. I called Forest Air Conditioning and they ended up coming out. Ozzie was so thorough and fixed and cleaned my air conditioner. Also check the condenser and checked everything to make sure it was working properly. He did an excellent job explaining and showing me real results and how to maintain it. I've never had a technician that was so thorough, polite, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. If I owned an air conditioning company, I'd steal him away because I've learned Florida doesn't always have knowledgeable and honest people working, especially when I am older. Highly highly recommend Him.

This is the second time I used them. Honest, responsive and very reasonable. Tech was communicative, professional and very polite. I highly recommend you call them before you call anyone else. You won't regret it.

The absolute BEST AC company I have used so far. Ozzy was extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. Correcting a mistake from a previous company and at a very fair price. My AC works again! I had Forest Air install a new Heat Pump & Air Handler at my home in early 2018. I must have gotten 16 quotes from 5 different companies, but Forest Air offered the best value for the money. Everything was top notch. They communicated well, their crew was conscientious while working in my home, and their office staff is always friendly and professional. A few things needed adjustment a day after the install and they immediately sent someone who was friendly, listened to my concerns, and made all the adjustments. I just had them out for a routine maintenance visit and it was more of the same great service. I'd highly recommend Forest Air.

I had an issue with a leaking bi-directional filter drier in the compressor unit of our AC. I called in Monday morning when they opened and Samantha set me up with an appointment quickly and was very helpful.

Eric came out later and diagnosed the issue, and tried to top us off with freon. Unfortunately the filter was leaking so badly that this didn't resolve the issue temporarily. The part was ordered quickly, though, and Eric was very knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful. Would've loved to be up and running sooner but I understand you can't do much about parts delays.

Very thankful for the great experience with Forest even though we had to sweat it out for a few days. Thanks to them, a lingering issue is fully resolved when other vendors overlooked the root cause and just topped us off with freon in the past.

Danny came out yesterday. The weather was lousy yet he never complained. He was very thorough both inside and out. He was
able to locate a potential problem in the condenser that might have
caused it to malfunction while we were away. He was able to fix it
at no addition expense to me. We are very pleased with the service
we receive from Forest Air and that is why we continue to use them
and recommend them to our friends.

We have used Forest Air for both our home and business. We find them to be helpful and responsive. Love our new Daiken AC system! Would definitely recommend. Danny and his crew are the very best!

Extremely high just tested them with a thermostat install told me 95$ and I have the part already and plus tax ??? 😂 😂 😂 ULL NEVER GET ME OR ANYONE I KNOW TRUST NEVA EVA STRAIGHT RIP OFF ILL CHANGE SOMEONEs 25$ 30 tops especially if u got all da parts n coolant 😂 SMH
