The representative was excellent who came out he got the air conditioning go on the same day would recommend to use their services Jerry is an A rated, very knowledgeable about the air-conditioning and all facets of the project was able to help us very well. Will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family.

They came out on a weekend. Asked some questions during the original call and pretty much knew what they needed before they came. Employees are nice and courteous and very good. Had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. Definitely worth calling!

Very pleased with this company. Just needed an annual maintenance check, which some companies don't like to bother to come out for. Their tech arrived on time, was very polite, did a complete check of our system and reported that everything was in order. When I need an a/c repair, I will definitely call this company again. Thanks!

At first I thought they were doing a Great Job!
The Technicians were great guys and hard working.
The installation looks great to me but, I insisted that
I recieve an inspection ,NOC and permit. I have called repeatedly and have been told in a very polite way that they were taking care of it. The installation took place 1/7/2019. Still waiting for an inspection and permit. I really did not want to write this review but,
felt after repeated calls that enough is enough. I still would reccomend this company because they did do a good job but, they did not finish up the loose ends.
Had this permit problem been taken care properly
I would have given them a five star rating. I want the public to know that the installation technicians were fantastic and very hard working. I even commented to the owner that he should be grateful to have such good employees and I hope that they being paid well.
As for the office personnel I can only say they are very polite but, I still do not have my permit.

I recently revised my review from a three star rating to a five star rating. The reason for the change was because after I spoke with Karen who handles the permits, she apologized and took responsibility for the delay.
That speaks volume of her. She immediately handled the situation in a very professional manner. Presto, my permit concerns were fixed. Thank You Kindly Karen.

We had great service from Mahlon when he came out for a maintenance check. Our unit is 16 years old and a leak was found. We are getting ready to move and will be renting the house out. Mahlon met us where we were financially, was honest, and very helpful, making the process as smooth as possible. 0% financing for 25 months was a huge relief! And there is a 10 year extended warranty covering all parts. Mahlon and Ryan arrived at noon and had installation done by 5. They did a wonderful job, were efficient, while providing top notch service. 100% recommend Cook's!

Heat went out on my unit. Gave cooks a call. Bobby came by to do the diagnosis and repair. It was a bad breaker but he made sure to check everything out inside the house and outside. Very professional, highly recommend

Chris came to do the maintenance on my air conditioner. He called to let me know he was on his way, he was prompt, courteous, friendly, and checked the things I asked him to. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and politely answered all my questions. I won't hesitate to request him in the future.

I recently had intermittent shorting in my system. Chris came out first and found 2 shorts but didn't have a part. He fixed it so I could have heat on a freezing night, came out next am and fixed it. That worked for 5 weeks, then system shorted again.

Mahlon came out on a Saturday, found another short and I had heat again, of course another frosty night was to follow. 1 week later- no heat again.

Matt came out and spent several hrs, replacing faulting parts and thermostat, finally determining the motherboard was bad after all the troubles. Goodman gave the OK to replace board under warranty. That eve Matt picked up the part and came back next day and installed the board -No luck - shorted out again. Matt searched relentlessly for the cause. Under house, all wires, until he found a worn-bare wire intermittently touching a copper pipe at compressor. This was the final problem and I have heat without interruption. I thank all the Cook service men that have been out here thru 5 years.
Matt has been here several times and is experienced, competent, professional, relentless when looking for the problem and a great person.
I'm very happy with Cook's service. They always come out asap when called with an issue.
