Jerry was fantastic our a/c went out on a Friday so we called another company that never answered their phone or call us back. So we called Cook’s Air Conditioning and Heating Specialist. They sent a tech Jerry out the very next day and he was very personable and professional and explained what the problem was and had the repairs done in about an hour. We now have cool air blowing through out the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Jerry for doing a great job and being very personable.

They responded in a quick fashion. The husband and I had been gone over night and came home to a house that the AC had quit working after a storm. We were back in a cooler house within a couple of hours. My husband being a former HVAC guy many moons ago knew that our tech is an experienced expert, professional and friendly. We called and have them come out after hours, which we were thankful for. But during the repair, all the sudden apparently our ac unit was going. He listed off numerous parts that needed replacement. And stated that our ac unit would not last through the month. Our unit is only 7 years old. Yes it is older but well maintained. The part was replaced that he stated had to be replaced immediately. After this it was 12 midnight, he brought a briefcase in showing us ac units ranging from $20,000-$8,000. And stated we needed to buy one as soon as possible, because with the pandemic parts are rare and if we don’t want to go with it ac we needed to order now! He was very pushy in and a adamant that we buy one immediately. With such a large purchase we asked to wait and decide in the morning. We called and had another heating and air company come out to get another opinion. After the inspection, our ac unit is in perfect working condition, all that needed was a line clean out and that was all. He stated that our unit should last to the 10 year mark if not longer. We were very shocked and angry that we almost purchased a new ac unit when it wasn’t necessary. Even used the pandemic to scare us into a purchase.

Came same day we called, explained everything he was doing, made sure we knew how to use our new thermostat and explained all the work he did. Very professional, cleaned up after himself, very happy with this company.

I have never been so satisfied with a professional AC maintenance service than I have been with Cook’s. They always make me a priority by promptly responding to my calls and coming immediately when my AC stopped working even on a holiday. Their knowledgeable technician did a thorough check on my ACu and explained to me in layman’s terms what was the problem and offered a cost efficient solution. Cook’s also made sure to follow through after the installation. I knew I made the right choice by choosing this company as they are highly recommendable and reliable in what they do.

Thursday evening I noticed my house was not cooling as it should, by Friday it stopped all together. We called to request service request calll. Later on we received a call from Jerry who worked with us to come out more toward the evening so that both my husband and I would be able to be home during his visit. It was sad to say our old ac unit was done for but not unexpected considering its age and condition. Jerry sat with us late into the evening going over options for a new unit that would best benefit our family's needs and getting us into financing. The company has gone above and beyond to ensure our house was comfortable again in this Florida heat. We were left with two window units fitted to two of our bedrooms so that we could rest comfortably in the evening and have respite from the heat during the day until the install on our new unit could be started on Monday. This was and is such an immensely appreciated gesture, the weekend was manageable instead of miserable. Cook's worked tirelessly in the heat both Monday and Tuesday to get our new system up and running. Every member of the team we have met has been polite and considerate on top of being incredible workers. My entire family highly appreciates all that Cook's Air has done for us.

Our experience with this company was fantastic!! We came back from a long vacation, and had no AC. They came and fixed our problem the same day! Jerry went far and beyond to help us and we are so grateful for his service. We needed an electric board which he had shipped the same day from Tampa. Same day, same service! We have AC!! Yippee! All in one day! We are extremely happy!

Even though Matt was running late and we were his last appointment of the day he did not cut corners or skimp on the job he was there to do. He was friendly, polite and thorough. Wish he could come to our house for all calls.

Cook’s entire team are top notch! Jerry made sure that we received the best equipment to replace our 21 year old Trane system. He then insured the install happened quickly and professionally. The install team worked tirelessly to ensure the install was perfect. And I do mean perfect. They did t cut any corners and went the extra mile to leave behind a job that I’m sure they were all proud of. Jerry has a great team. Do yourself a favor and go with the BEST! Cook’s rocks!

When our a/c quit working we called Cook's Air. The call was answered right away without going to voicemail like the 2 previous companies I called. Quick response time, within 15 min of talking to the tech on the phone. Jerry took care of the issue, very polite, professional & did a great job of getting us cold air again! I would highly recommend Cook's Air. And ask for Jerry. Awesome job!!
