I can't say enough about the quality of service I received from Cooks. The issue I had with my furnace was resolved quickly and professionally. The day I called, Cooks was able to come out and get me back in service. I highly recommend Cooks for any furnace and air conditioning needs.

We needed service on our unit. After realizing we had several issues going on, we chose to buy a new unit. They were out the next day to install it. I can't say enough positives about the courteous, knowledgeable team that assisted us with our decision. It's always a fear when trying to find a honest, reputable company, but after reading their reviews prior to calling them, and now having hands on experience, I see why they are a five star company. I would highly recommend them.

He was very professional and competent and explained everything to me very clearly. Called them Monday morning, AC wasn’t cooling. I knew the system was old and done. I asked what they recommended as a replacement, they told me what and why. I did my homework, agreed with their recommendation and signed. They finished it at 9:00PM the next day. That’s a solid service organization they are!

Their reviews may be good, but I’d never recommend them. I called for a quote...we had a musty smell coming from the vents. They sent someone out who quoted a ridiculous $14,800 for a new HVAC sys for a <1000 sq ft house. The current sys is about 12 yrs old but it cools fine and the elec bill is consistently $50/month. I explained that we’re not rich and the house is (obviously) modest and that the quote was crazy. He reduced it a few times (downgrading the sys) but didn’t come down below $7600. Needless to say, I called a few other companies and ended up having Honest Air chemically clean the coils and overhaul the current sys (final cost $500). Every other company confirmed we don’t need an entire new sys yet. As I said earlier, I would not recommend Cook’s and would go as far as saying I feel like they were trying to take advantage of an elderly prospective customer. They had no problem cashing the $85 check they insisted on getting for just a quote...which, by the way, none of the other companies charged a dime for. Make sure you get other quotes for anything they quote for comparison. Buyer beware.

Jerry with Cooks Air Conditioning was wonderful! He got our AC fixed and back to cooling on Saturday. If you need help please give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
