Joseph Kolas was my Technician. He was very Professional. He Figure out the problem right away. He also left the parts so my husband could see what was wrong and what was replaced. He was very Informative about the repair letting me know all the details so that I could explain it to my husband. If we need more work we will be asking for Joseph again.
