.My air conditioning broke down around midnight. I called them and they answered right away. The next day they had my A/C fixed and running smoothly in less than an hour. The technician (Jerry) was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.i definitely recommend this business!

AC was low on Freon. Matt came out and recharged the system. Very nice fellow - professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
$85 to come, which I thought was high, but I guess that's the going rate. We're considering signing up with Cook's for service contracts for both our units. I do recommend Cook's.

This is a truly professional and competent company which is very hard to find in central Florida. You will be blown away at how organized these guys are. Jerry was amazing from Cooks AC and he will be the Reason I am a cooks customer for life. After having a local company come out for an emergency repair who DID NOT fix the issue, I received a follow up call from Cooks AC who came out immediately …in fact Jerry responded in the middle of tropical storm ELSA….a storm that was dumping buckets of rain on Florida. With that being said to get me up and running he erected a beach umbrella next to my AC unit outside to get me up and running in less than 2 hrs. (Something the other company couldn’t do in 2 days) I was literally left hanging by another local AC company and Jerry saved the day AND my vacation. I honestly was sad at the fact that I didn’t use Cooks first, but in the end I received world class customer care and a truly professional and competent technician. Don’t be fooled ….Cooks AC was the only company that responded with a fully stocked truck ready to complete almost any repair on the spot. The last company tools all the parts out of my furnace and disappeared for a day “rebuilding” the motor. Jerry and Cooks did all repairs transparently and right in front of me. Thanks for saving my vacation!!!!

What a terrific find this company was!
I called Jerry on a Saturday morning because my ac wasn’t blowing cold air, he arrived right at the time he said he would that afternoon.
He inspected the components both in & out of my home and had my AC blowing perfectly within 30 minutes all for the price of a service call!

This was after I had my “now former” company here the previous night telling me my AC unit needed extensive work and couldn’t be fixed until Monday.

Jerry is a rare find. A good, honest, and competent company without trying to up sell you.

I would & will be recommending Cook’s to all my friends and neighbors.

After a big storm passed by our A/C went out and we did not know any company around our area, so we had to just pick one. Man did we pick the right company. Starting with the person that answered the call, she was very pleasant to talk to and told us not to worry that she was sending someone on that same day. Jerry contacted us a few minutes later to setup a time to come in. He was very professional, respectful and friendly. He checked the system inside and outside and very quickly found the problem. He explained what it was and how much would cost to fix. He had the parts in his truck and he was able to swap the broken part fairly quickly. The whole thing took about an hour and we had our A/C back working flawlessly. Yay!! We have our air conditioner working again thanks to Jerry! Cooks, a company that has the best techs that know what to do, no sooner did Jerry come it was up and running and it was late on the weekend , but he didn’t want us to go any longer with out air in the Florida summer. Other companies would have come another day. Great professionals that know what to do definitely recommend !!
