The texts are very professional and very friendly. Easy to schedule service they're always on time and they did a great job when I had a exploded circuit breaker. It was so scary and they handled it also well. Have had them the whole 24 years I've lived here and very pleased with every service visit.

Always on time, professional and willing to offer tips and share knowledge. I use Arctic Breeze for twice annual maintenance of both my HVAC units to keep them in optimal condition. Their maintenance plan provides for no upcharge for after-hours calls and a discount on repairs and parts, when needed.

Arctic Breeze provided a free second opinion for a failed txv valve. Their quote was better than the rather steep price provided to me by the company that originally installed my AC and the tech was very nice and professional. After about 2 hours my AC was fixed and running again.
Around 30 minutes after the tech left, I heard a dripping sound and attached is how my unit was left. I think he forgot to reattach the line that drains the water. I called them back and they said they could have someone over in an hour. About 30 minutes after this initial call I called again to ask if I would be charged and Kelly interpreted this as a rather stupid question I assume. She seemed a bit abrasive. Another tech came by and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes.
Overall, doesn't feel like it was worth what I was charged for labor. I understand mistakes happen, but it's disappointing when you pay a premium and end up having to call again for further service. I'm just glad I noticed before we went out for the evening.
Also, when drying the carpet I found 2 screws and can't seem to find where they go. Hope they aren't needed on the inside somewhere.

I called them for a 2 nd opinion on repairs and Thank goodness i did!! The first nimrods had put my $300. capacitor on backwards. Then the 2nd nimrod came out and didn't see it, told me I needed a new fan and blades est $1000.even charged me for a 2nd trip visit.....
Steven at Arctic fixed it fast, explained everything. Arctic has a new lifelong customer now for sure! As for the other guys, they aren't as 'Advanced' as they claimed to be.

We knew that our almost 20 year old unit was dead and just needed a quote to replace it. We were told by the tech that the quote would only cost us $60, that they can get us 0% financing, and we just needed to pay a $200 refundable deposit for them to order the unit. I've spent all week trying to set up the financing with Kelly. She claims the bank won't let them submit customers because they haven't been giving them enough business and kept pushing for me to get a personal loan from my bank instead. She was very annoyed and short with me because I wanted the 0% financing I was promised, instead of going through my bank where I wouldn't get 0%. I have three children and it's too hot to be playing these games during FSAs, so I called another company that did not charge me for their quote, sat with me at my table to set up the financing, did not ask for a deposit, and they even loaned me temp units. A complete night and day experience. When I asked for my deposit back Kelly informed me that its non-refundable and that I owe them money because the quote actually cost $215! It's no wonder they don't get enough business to send to their lender if this is how they choose to treat their customers.
