Arctic Breeze Air Conditioning & Heating

This company has helped extend the life of my HVAC unit...it is now 16 years old and they contiinue to maintain in 2X year. Had one minor repair about 3 years ago and this last visit said all was good. Might need a minor part in the next two years. The inspections are detailed and I appreciate their service.

Our Bryant heat pump AC/Heating system would not cool. It was the fan motor controller which had failed. The original controller failed in 2019 after about 4 years. The second controller failed in just 2.5 years. This doesn't reflect well on Bryant. However, Arctic Breeze was able to send out a technician the same day as called. He had the part and was able to repair the AC/Heating system. The technician was polite and professional.

I have always used Arctic Breeze .... because I have always been satisfied! I have a fairly new HVAC system, so I have only used them for my annual checkup. I usually call somewhere around the end of April, and, even at that busy time of year, the wait is reasonable. They give you a short window for the appointment and always arrive on time. I have met a few technicians, and they have all been friendly yet professional. Today, Steve came to my house and went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect. I have no intention of looking elsewhere for my HVAC service!!
