Ben was amazing, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was not out to charge me an arm and and leg and showed me everything we could do to alleviate issues with heat/cool in our bedroom. Very personable too! Highly recommend

Arctic Breeze is a top-notch company. They have maintained my HVAC system for several years. Recently, my compressor failed late one night. I called them after hours and Steven was at my house earlier than our scheduled appointment the next day. He repaired the issue and charged me far less than I expected. A very pleasant surprise. At this point I would not even consider using anyone other than Arctic Breeze for my HVAC needs. Kudos to Steven for being a consummate professional.

Hi! I've used Arctic for my maintenance for years and they have been very good for me. They call me when I'm due and schedule around my availability. They are always on time and don't give me a huge window to have to sit at my house. The other day, I did have a poor experience with one of the techs. I called Jess in the office and she empathized with my situation and the very next day made it right with me 100%.
