Responsive, professional and very reasonable price on HVAC repair. Pete replaced a defective electrical board on our heat pump system. He explained what had happended and answered all my qestions, very polite and professional. This problem occurred when my daughter's family with her baby were visiting and we lost our air conditioning which was very stressful. The company was very understanding of our concerns and had a mechanic out within a couple of hours. Great company, I highly recommend.

The folks at Arctic Breeze have been amazing. After purchasing the home a few years ago, of course both systems had to be replaced due to environmental issues (salt). We got a good deal, and the install and continuing maintenance have been stellar! Friendly and on-time appointments and staff make the whole experience just as I would expect it to be. I would have no problem recommending Arctic Breeze to my neighbors and friends.

My air conditioner was not working yesterday and I called them about 3pm. They said they would be at my house between 4 and 5pm
At 4pm the repair technician Steve arrived and fixed my problem in about one hour.

Mark and Jessie went above and beyond to help us. When our AC unit stopped working they were able to come out that same day to make sure we didn’t go without AC. They are both incredibly knowledgeable with prompt responses, and extremely helpful with a transparent and honest assessment of our unit. I had a scheduled appointment for a tune up on my ac unit before the hot summer months hit. Technician was an hour late to my residence. Technician was very rude and unprofessional towards me. He started touching and climbing onto my boat I have stored in my garage that has just been cleaned. I asked him to please get off my boat and focus on making sure the ac unit was working properly. I personally will never use this company again and I strongly encourage others to do the same. Unprofessional! Rude! Careless!

This company is great. They always gives prompt service.
Use them for my bi-annual service. Technician Steve did a wonderful job. He explained everything he was doing and provided me with information on what I could do to keep system running smoothly.
All their technicians give professional and reliable service and their rates are very reasonable. They don't pad the bill and try selling you any unnecessary services or equipment.
I bought my system from them a few years ago now and am very glad that I went with them.

Pete was our service technician. He showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and took care of it within 30 minutes. He also performed some routine maintenance while doing the diagnosis, was both friendly and professional.

I've been using Artic Breeze since I moved here over 2 years ago. The Trane system in the house was over 20 years old but they kept it alive for me till Memorial Day weekend. When it crashed, they came out and did a temporary fix, ordered me a new system and installed it in less than 3 weeks.
