These guys did a great job! Very nice and polite, vacuumed the floor , cleaned up after they finished. New Air conditioner works great. Great job! Five stars and more!!!

I called this company on Saturday May 28th,2022 and spoke to Jessica after seeing an ad in the Palm Coast magazine and the headlne read "We're here to help" and they were family owned. They also stated they would price match gurantee and provide a free second opinion providing I had an invoice from another company.
Jessica confirmed an appointment time for today June 1, between 8.30 and 9.30AM and she also stated I would be the first call for the technician for the morning.
After the appointed time had passed I called the company and asked when is the technician arriving and I was told by both Jessica and Kelly that no such appointment was made for today and I could see them at 4PM today which was not a convenient time for me. Finally Jessica came on the phone and denied any appoint was made for today.

I am a senior ctizen and if this company treats me this was I can just imagine if I did business with them. I would really be at a great disadvantage. I have had no A.C for 10 days.

Anyone reading this review can you recommend a reliable and honest HVAC company that will treat people with respect and keep their promises.

I have a platinum maintenance contract for my air-conditioning and heating system. I’ve had this contract for a few years and Arctic breeze always did an excellent job.

When my installer didn't respond after my AC went out, a neighbor recommended Arctic Breeze. They came out early the next morning (at the time they said they'd arrive) and quickly repaired my unit. I was so impressed that I signed up for the bi-annual service. When a separate problem disabled the unit the next day, they came quickly and fixed a problem that had been overlooked in the initial installation. Since I had signed up for the regular maintenance, there was no charge. I'm very happy with this company.

I find this company to be responsive, reliable and punctual. I would like to commend Ben E for the meticulous work he does in fine tuning our AC. I am looking forward to using him again in 6 months and already have a set date. 👌
