Sunshine State Heating and Air Conditioning

I'm very thankful for the Sunshine State Heating and cooling. When I call the office they are always courteous and helpful, getting me help the same day or as soon as they can. I've needed assistance with my new A/C a few times(just questions on my new( "nest")
They've never been anything but kind and helpful to me (a senior citizen) Ha

The Always Sunny team is fantastic!! I called in the morning and Don was here within the hour. Fixed the a/c and by noon we were cool again. Very professional and friendly. I love their app that shows you when the service person is coming and what they look like.

Absolutely incredible service and Danny (our Service Tech) is an absolute rock star! We installed a new mini-split within the past year during a major addition build out. Within the last month, unfortunately we have experienced some manufacturer warranty issues (not because of installation). Danny has been our service tech both times and is exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and professional. During both visits, he went well above and beyond even getting on the line with the Mitsubishi tech support to remediate manufacturer issues. Sunshine has also been incredibly responsive (we called in the issue this morning and they were out within two hours). Great job by Danny and the sunshine team. We appreciate their hard work, technical expertise, and professionalism.

Thanks to Danny our AC is back up and running. We had a power outage and it caused our AC motor to blow. Danny answered our desperate call and showed up in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. He had the old motor out, replaced and new thermostat put in within 1 hour. This company should be proud to have such great professional employee working for them. Thanks again Danny!

We had them install our new central heating and air conditioning system. They did a great job, was on time, explained everything to me. Walked through how to use the new thermostat, and made sure I could work it myself. They seem to be very honest and upfront which I appreciate. They do quality work at a decent price. They seem to care about their customers. I will refer others to them.

From start to finish this company is rated A+. They were quick to respond upon my initial inquiry, scheduling was painless and the actual service appointment was completed in an efficient manner. We received a text on the morning of our appointment to let us know our tech was on his way to the appointment. Once he arrived, our tech, Danny, was friendly and quick to get started. He was knowledgeable and helpful in every way. After completing the job, he showed us before and after photos of the work he had just completed. It was nice to be able to see how well the work was done and the value of their services. You can tell that Danny and Sunshine State AC take pride in their work. Will most definitely hire again! I had the great pleasure of having Danny come out and go over an estimate to put in a new unit as our is on its last leg, Danny was professional, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with, he arrived in time and went over everything needed, he even brought over a portable unit to help us keep the house cool as we go into the hot summer weather, sunshine states company as a whole has been an absolute joy to work with, everyone is so kind and on top of their game, 10/10 recommend anyone having AC issues to use this company, John and Donald who installed my unit were very professional, friendly and kind, did a great job explaining everything to me and my husband and even showed my son a few thing, this company is an absolute pleasure! Great job guys!

Our AC went out and Sunshine State showed up right away to give a quote. Steven answered every question I had, and even the ones from my two year old. They brought out a portable unit for us to use until the new one was installed two days later. Couldn't have been happier with the service or speed in which they got us back up and running. Excellent customer service and very friendly techs. Now we have a unit with a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend this company!

Joe spent an hour and a half flushing and cleaning my air conditioner inside and out. He did a check up and gave me advice on filters and UV purifying! Not only was he professional, courteous, and efficient, he was working at 90+ temperatures! Thank you Joe! .

Sunshine tech installed the new A/C and Heat Pump system. When asked anything they took the time to explain in detail what and why they were doing any work. They are dedicated to doing everything correctly and explained city and state codes when asked.

The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very considerate of the my property and anything that had to be installed that left the area differently. Like removing the old thermostat and the change of the paint surrounding the new thermostat.

We have relatives that will be moving to Palm Coast and Sunsgine State is at the top of our “Must Call” list for anything to do with HVAC.
