This business stole thousands of dollars from our elderly neighbor. They "tried" to install a mini split system with 4 heads at her residence. Showing up at 4:00 in the afternoon and working with head lamps until 9:00 at night. After weeks of them "trying" to install this unit they finally left and told her she was good to go. After a week or so, the unit does not cool at all! They won't answer their phone and no one is at their property location as well. It is believed they have closed up shop. She is out thousands and now has to pay another company to come and fix all the leaks in the system so that it can be recharged. I have never seen such terrible work. Everyone that has come to look at it is amazed how bad their workmanship is. I feel so bad for our neighbor. It's just not right!

Called them because my air conditioner was not working ( I called on a Friday they came in on Monday afternoon and that was fine) . I've been a client since they installed the unit, about 12 years.
This person came in and he found the problem quickly. The problem was the blower motor. He replaced only the top part of the motor and everything was fine after that. He was there about 20 minutes. The price was $680.00. It is outrageous for a motor that is not more than $120.00. They just lost another client.

Air Pros succeeded where other local companies failed me.
Several other companies completely misdiagnosed my A/C problem over the past 2 months. After spending crazy money for labor on unnecessary parts replacements with no results and still suffering without a fixed unit, Air Pros comes to rescue!!! Thank you Air Pros my kids and I will be cool tonight thanks to your professionalism and expertise! I will never use another A/C company.

Jim was very amazing. He came out after hours for us instead of the next day but sent guys back to check on us the next day .My family want to say thankyou so much ...and we're still sorry the ants got on you..but you kept on working thankyou so much and the ac is still great

I had a leak in the new air unit they installed not even a year ago, the technician told me the problem was going to keep happening because of the way they installed the pipes. He took a picture and told me he was going to tell the owner and was going to call me back , he never called back. I contacted the place more than 5 times, every time I was told the owner Jim was going to call me, but he never did. Jim even answer the phone on one of my calls and told me he was coming but he didn't show up or called to reschedule or apologize for not coming. they are irresponsible and unprofessional. Do not hire this company,

Well I’m mixed over my exprímanse with Air Pros. I had two new A/C units and new air ducts installed back in April. While I was satisfied with the crew who installed it, my experience since then has not been good. I’ve been trying fir 3 months now to get someone back to my house to look at some issues with the air ducts. I’ve spoken only once to the owner Jim, but this far, no results. Now I leave messages either on the phone or email, but no one responds to me. I would say if customer service after the sale is important to you, then I would shop around before making a decision. By the way, I didn’t around 12,000.00 with them.

Called on Monday, scheduled repair for Tuesday morning 1130-1230. Got text showing moved to 2:00-3:00pm , guy shows up at 3:30. Nice kid, told me it's fixed about 5:30. 2 hours later not working. Call back next morning around 8 got run around saying they would work me in . This after I paid for repair. Entire day no call until 4pmto apologize and say I'm next someone is on the way. No one shows. Call back today (Thursday) twice still getting run around, no appointment time. Told they would call me back in 5 to 10 mins, this is beyond unprofessional. I used before they were OK. I don't know whats going on but don't take my money and leave me hot. Called another company they will be here in 2 hours.
