Air Pros of Palm Coast

Amazing company. Reasonable prices great service and they came out on Saturday night to fix our air conditioning. I would highly recommend this company. The owner Jim was super nice and had my air up and running in 15 minutes.

I originally had a $19 A/C maintenance through home depot, they sent out a company who inspected and suggested that I replace the whole unit, I got a second opinion from an HVAC company that said I did not have to replace the whole unit but only needed to replace the drier filter and that the repair would be $398 which included the filter, labor and the freon that needed to be put back into the unit. I agreed; they temporarily charged my system until they were to come out and replace the filter. When they called to confirm the appointment to replace the filter I asked them how much the replacement would cost and they were vague in saying $700, I canceled the appointment and contacted AirPros knowing what I needed done and AIrpros quoted me $168. I scheduled the appointment with Airpros and they came out and replaced the drier filter and did not charge me to add extra freon into the unit. I also, ordered their bi-yearly maintenance contract, I highly recommend this company. I also used them in the past with a rental property that I owned in Palm Coast, FL

I had a great experience with the service at Air Pros. I contacted Air Pros to be scheduled for a repair call at 8:30 am and a technician, Larry, was at my house in an hour and a half. He rapidly had the issue diagnosed and repaired. He was also able to answer questions I had about my system and make a few suggestions to increase the longevity of my 12 year old air conditioning system. I appreciate the honesty, cleanliness, and speed of service that Larry and Air Pros provided for me.

I wish there were ten stars to give. From the initial contact on the phone with Carl to the text that the tech was on the way and then the added personal phone call to be sure I knew my tech was on the way. I called on a Monday morning and within a few short hours the Tech was there and we have cold A/C again. I have never dealt with a more professional Air conditioning company in my life. You can't beat the service, or the reasonable prices . If you are not using Air Pros you are missing out on excellent services !

The technicians were very professional. They did an amazing job replacing our old a.c. The labor was intense, I can say that the unit they put in is an excellent one. I hope it will last as long as the previous a.c we had since 2002.
Air pros is the best A.C company out there. They price their a.c units right and the cleanup was very well done. All the debris is taken away by air pros. No mess left behind. Today I had a follow up call and I said that everything was working fine. We have cold, clean air in our beautiful home.

I have a rental property, which means guests without A/C are not happy guests. I've used Air Pros for all 3 of my air conditioners for the last few years and if there is every a problem, they go above and beyond to quickly handle the situation. Very reliable. Very responsive. When you live in Florida, especially near the ocean, then you need an AC Company that you trust on speed dial because a bad AC unit can make your home brutally hot really fast! I contacted Air Pros after a terrible experience with Mike Morello. Spoke to Carl who was MORE than helpful. They had a technician out to my house the very next day (NO service fee). Was told by Mike Morello the motor & module combo needed replaced quoted me at over $800 and said 3-5 days. Air Pros came out, evaluated my unit, said it was just the module. Technician had all parts in the truck, fixed it in under 20 min for under $400. I will take all my business to Air Pros moving forward! Highly recommended!

I really shopped and researched before purchasing a new HVAC system. After speaking with Jim at Air Pros I felt he gave me the best information and recommendations for a new system. He was patient and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell me like most companies which I appreciated. The installation went well and a small problem afterwards was immediately addressed and rectified.
I'm very happy with the system Air Pros installed and the service.

Got what I consider a great price. System is a much higher quality than the original builders A/C unit. They even fixed the issues with the area it was mounted in the garage. They have put in other systems for our family as well. Very happy with them.
