Issue: HVAC unit would only cool for 2-3 hours and then no air would flow. Had to shut the unit off for a minimum of 5 hours to get it to run for 2-3 hours.
Extremely pleased with the service and constant contact during a week+-long period of diagnosing the issues with my hvac. Air Pros did NOT install my system, the previous owner chose the cheapest bidder and it was installed too close to the house with elevated ducts that were not 100% operational. Larry recommended that I move the unit out further from the house and lower it to provide optimum air flow through the ducts. As I have a window a/c in another area of my home, I agreed to wait a week until the installers from Air Pros could be scheduled to move the entire hvac unit. Luis arrived on the scheduled move date and moved the unit. Unfortunately, he thought that a blower module would have to be replaced as the blower wasn’t working. Luis is not a technician, but very knowledgeable. The owner of Air Pros, Jim, was in contact with Luis and it was 6:30 at night. Jim assured me that he would have a technician at my home asap to diagnose the issue. At 8:00 pm, Rick arrived with testing gages, replaced the module and the capacitor. Again, Jim was on the phone with me explaining that the module was under warranty and that it is common for capacitors to go bad with FL’s weather conditions. I had to replace the capacitor 2 years ago too. Rick left at 9:00pm and Jim called me at 11:00 to make sure I had continuous air!! I was very happy...until the next afternoon when the thermostat was reading 83 when I had it set on 75. I contacted Jim and within an hour, Nicholas arrived and determined that the original installer had overcompensated the restricted airflow by adding too much Freon. Nicholas adjusted the amount and it is now a week later AND IT RUNS PERFECT!!!
Why did I write this long process??? It’s because I am grateful to Jim and everyone at Air Pros for their professionalism and determination to get my unit fixed at a MORE THAN REASONABLE PRICE!!!!! I am a single, female Senior Citizen with limited income. Jim assured me the entire time that he just wanted the unit to be fixed and me to be happy - he promised that he would keep the entire bill, with the parts and after service hours calls to within my capability of paying - JIM IS A MAN OF HIS WORD!!!
Had water builing up in air condtioner. Told tech thought a clogged line.instead of listening he told us had wrong size filters and pumped water out. Cost us 85 bucks for nothing. . Bought correct expensive size filters. But water still backing up in bottom of ac furnace unit.hubby had to pump out twice. Today.we cut a line and flushed it clear with a garden hose.do not hire. Do terrible work.
I called the guys at Air Pros after I had a bad experience with Palm Coast heating and air. I’m a young College kid renting a place and have been out of AC for a week. They were here same day and fix the problem at reasonable price. Highly recommended. The owner was awesome. They are very helpful.
Returned our call on a Sunday evening and gave us enough information to be sure the air conditioner would restart (it did). We had the unit serviced a couple of days later. Arrived later than scheduled but within the hour. Once there, efficient, professional, explained things thoroughly. Reasonable cost, would use again.
We were almost hit by lightning one evening. I called their emergency number. They responded and put me on a list. Told me to turn off at the breaker. Within 30 mins I had a text saying they would be here at 8am. By 9am AC was fixed! Awesome service. He came wearing a mask and all paperwork & payment done electronically. Very efficient & professional.
I called 1 hour ago...it’s a Wednesday night at 10pm. The man I spoke to was kind & assured me he would have someone out soon. 30 minutes later, he’s here & repairing what the problem is. I am so grateful. In addition, I got updates VIA text as to when he would arrive which is awesome, I love this feature. Thank you Air Pros, I will recommend you to everyone!
We found them to be full of knowledge and very efficient. The unit was installed in perfect condition in less than a day as promised. I love the unit and it works perfect. I definitely recommend this company with an easy 5 star plus.
This is a business that my family uses. There older woman in a home that has been without air due to your company for over two weeks! You can't provide and answers, nor any solutions. If these ladies end up dead or sick because of your lack of concern I will sue your company!
Had a service appt between 9am and 10am. No show. 11am, Nothing. 12pm, nothing. 1pm, nothing. 2pm, nothing. No phone calls for an update. I had to call them 6 times and they kept saying they're backed up. Nobody called me to tell me anything. Very unprofessional. Will never use again. I've used them before and they were great, this time shut me off.
I was told that the tech would be to my home between 8-11 so i take off of work to wait. 11:30 rolls around, I call and I'm told that they're having truck problems. Then finally around 12:40 I get a call that the tech is on his way. So he shows up close to 1pm, 2 hours after the time frame, and then I'm told that basically to pull up in the drive way is free, but then when their tools touch the unit, its an automatic $75 to tell me for sure what the issue is, with an explanation that their time has to be compensated for. I guess my two hours waiting past the 3 hour window didn't matter. The "free service call" and "estimate" is for them to tell you what they think the issue is, and then $75 for them to validate it. Gotta love the way that works.
