My husband and I are relatively new homeowners. When we purchased our home in Palm Coast last year, we knew we would need a reliable AC company sooner or later. Well, we made it almost a year before needing one. I am very thorough. I look at reviews, BBB ratings, and other quantifying data before selecting a business. I will say, in looking at other AC companies in the area, the first thing that made R.W. Aire stand out was the professionalism with which they responded to their online reviews. That was top notch. So, I gave them a call. I called on a Friday, just before noon. The lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Colleen) was super helpful and very sweet. I explained what was going on, what we thought the problem was, and asked how much it would cost us to get it repaired (provided our suspicions were correct). She placed me on a brief hold, and came back on and quoted me a repair price. When she quoted that price, she was clear in what that covered and even explained that the technician would explain any other repairs before completing them, to include the estimated cost of any possible repairs. I agreed and she was ready to schedule me for that afternoon! Due to scheduling conflicts, we couldn't make the Friday visit work, so we settled on the following Monday, between 12-3pm. I advised that my husband works really close by, and requested if the tech could please call about 15 minutes away so that my husband could meet him at the house. She advised that would be no problem and we were booked. The weekend came and went, and Monday was here. At approximately 11:50am, the technician called (I'm so sorry, I can't remember his name) and advised that he was on his way, about 15 to 20 minutes away. He arrived just after 12pm. My husband states he was professional and courteous. He was efficient and quick about getting to work. He confirmed our suspicions, performed the work, and was in and out in under an hour. To top it all off, the price that I was quoted was not what I was charged. He actually charged WAY less. About 60% of the original quote. Since then, our AC has been running like a champ and we WILL be signing up for the planned maintenance when it's time!! Thank you to the team for an amazing experience! We paid to have an extra pad put under our new ac as it was being installed. When we got the bill it stated: Extra pad, ductwork and sheet metal for $465.00. Being in business we knew the price of these pads (130.00 max) They did no ductwork and only added a small strip of sheet metal to the shroud. We called multiple times and asked to speak with the owner, Richard, to discuss and try to understand the ridiculous amount charged for the pad and the fact that we were charged for other work that was not done. We finally got a call from an office worker who stated that basically the bill is what it is and Richard doesn’t have time to call us. It’s a shame because the employees working at the house were very nice and courteous. Based on other reviews here it seems overcharging for work is not uncommon. We won’t be using them ever again and will continue to warn others as well.

RW Aire is the only company my friends and family will use. They are honest and the prices were great. The best people I have ever used for my service work.

After getting a call from my tenant to report issues with a heat and air unit I called this company, since I had used them in the past although it had been a few years. The unit needing service was about 3 years old and was not purchased from RW Aire. On the positive side they did come out on the same day I called to schedule. On the negative side, the bill was $310 which only involved flushing out the unit and cleaning the coil. No repairs or parts were needed. Although I felt this was quite high I paid the bill, no questions asked. After feeling I'd just got taken to the cleaners myself I called a couple of other companies to check their charges for the same issues I had finding the same job was from $125 to $150. Time to move on. 😏

I have RW Aire in my contacts. Richard and his father both have been to my house for a/c repairs. They have always been prompt with their service. They have come out on a weekend and a holiday and they didn’t rake me over the coals like other companies do. Very reliable, excellent service.

Great company! We have used R.W. for 2 of our homes and our family has used them as well. Our last home we installed a new AC and they were great! Today our AC went out in the afternoon and just within a few hours of calling them they were here and already fixed it. We are back up and running! We appreciate them saving the day at such a great price.
