We have had excellent service and responsiveness from Ron for over a year now. He is always professional, prompt, and friendly. We could not have asked for someone better to help meet our cooling needs!

I contacted Ron early morning. I wanted a thermostat replaced. He was able to accommodate my request the same day in the early afternoon. His price was very fair. He was prompt and personable. I will be using him in the future if I need any other services done. I highly recommend.

Ron recently replaced our home HVAC system. He did an excellent job. Ron is very knowledgeable about his trade, is polite, and was very patient answering all our questions. He also showed up when he said he would, got right to work and promptly completed the job. During the process our AC was down for only 4 hours! We highly recommend Taylor AC & Heat.

It was the day after Christmas and we all know it would be impossible to have someone to come quickly in the event of a cold front and heat is not working. Not to mention we have seniors in the home. They were so Johnny on the spot! And the customer service was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! We had no heat for 3 days, beginning our Christmas in Florida with the unusual cold front that hit us harder than expected. We contacted the installers of our central air unit. When we finally did get ahold of them on phone, we were told they would be out. Day after Christmas, still no service or technician. I went to their office, said they would be there in 2 hours. They never showed up. Contacted Taylor Air and Heat, although booked for the day, they managed to send a technician same day. Ron, technician, got our unit working and followed up next day to verify all was working to the capabilities of our system. Ron also advised us that the original contractor (AIR PROS of Bunnell, FL) failed to install a proper size unit in the home, and that eventually our electrical bill would be affected by the undersized unit. Ron explained that eventually our system would need to be replaced as current system would eventually break down (although newly installed August, 2021) due to improper size for size of our hom!e.
The entire staff of Taylor Air & Heat were extremely professional, courteous, and my family can't thank them enough for their service. We highly recommend them for any services you may need. We will celebrate the rest of the holiday season in warmth and comfort thanks to the wonderful people of Taylor Air & Heat!!!!!!!!

Six months ago Ron Taylor installed a new heating/air system doing a terrific job. Today he completed the six month maintenance. He showed up on time and completed all in 45 minutes. Always a job well done!

We purchased a home with two entirely separate A/C systems, the older of which was non-functional. We called a couple of AC companies, unsure of how to approach this other than we knew that the whole system would have to be replaced. We ended up working with Taylor Air & Heat, not because the company had the best price for the system we wanted, but because of Ron Taylor. He's incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and genuine. When - due to a clamp down on availability - our unit wasn't in stock the day it was to be picked up and installed, Ron didn't call or text to tell me about it. He showed up at our home, at the time he had scheduled for the install, to tell us in person, to apologize for an issue that he had no control over, and to walk us through some options. His personal investment in customer satisfaction and his integrity are what is missing in so many large companies. We are customers for life, and would highly recommend this company and Ron.
