Air Pros of Palm Coast

Had my A/C system replaced. They had the best price in town and got the job done on time. The technician was very helpful in explaining how to use the new thermostat and maintain the new system.

Not impressed. Got a new AC from them a few years back. Within 6 months, had a major repair which they did fine. Then the lines kept dripping and made it so the outside of the unit became corroded. They taped the lines to prevent the dripping...which worked. They said they could not do anything about the corrosion on the outside other than replacing the entire base of the unit but I would have to pay for it. Recently I then tried to schedule a cleaning with them through their website. No one ever called me back.

Worst customer service ever had the company schedule duct cleaning said I never scheduled and appointment so I make another one then they change around appointment times randomly lucky someone was home then they send a new guy out and destroy my return and it collapses so my Does not work guys come back out because the company doesn’t know how to communicate tells them they didn’t do it it was like that when they showed up and my ac worked and then tell me they didn’t break it we have to pay to fix it. Horrible communication on the company and even worse customer service leaving a family of 4 kids and 2 adults with no ac in summer will never recommend this company to anyone!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this company! They were the ONLY company around that treats an emergency like an emergency. They are courteous, prompt, nice, reasonably priced and do a clean, nice job.
I wouldn't use any other company!

Awesome service. As a tenant,we had our air fixed within 2 hrs at 8:00 pm. So impressed by the response time and nice gentleman who fixed our air conditioner! ! Thank you Air Pros

Jim at Air Pro was very accommodating for our short time schedule while in Flagler Beach. He made sure that we were satisfied with his company's work.

They came the same day I call them to fix my A/C. They also assisted me filing a claim with the power company. Air Pros are the best, thanks Jim.

Air Pros does a great job. Very helpful, even over the telephone if you have an issue that can be solved in a simple manner. They are our go-to A/C people!

Rain or shine, true 24 hr emergency service! Many advertise 24 hr, but try calling one of them and good luck with that. We lucked out and got Kerry. His specialty is complex refrigerated restaurant equipment. He had things back up and running in very little time.
