Sunshine State Heating and Air Conditioning

Had used Sunshine State HVAC for more than a year and purchased their annual maintenance program. When one of our units froze, they diagnosed a leak which they could not find, filled unit with freon and recommended replacing our 7 yr old Carrier unit to the tune of about 5 grand. Have since gotten a second opinion and had unit serviced by another company. Freon level has not decreased in 5 months and technician said unit does not have a leak, and that unit froze because magnetic covering on unit panel had come loose and was preventing air flow inside unit, causing unit to freeze. Sunshine never serviced our units without recommending a purchase of some add-on piece of equipment. Geez, it was like going to the dentist and being sold a fluoride treatment and a water-pick system :-/ Not happy to find that they were so quick to recommend replacement of a relatively new unit.

After a long day of work and excellent service from Danny @ Sunshine Heating and Air I have AC. The service was great, excellent knowledge from the technicians. Danny brought out a temp unit on Saturday to keep us cool while waiting on a new unit to get put in. Got the unit the next week and installed all in one day. Would recommend this company and Danny. The service tech, Ryan, was very courteous, displayed excellent customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the products.

Thermostat was in lock mode easily fixed and showed me how to unlock in the future

This tech went under my trailer in 85 degree weather and fix my duct so I could have a/c.

This company stays on top of my system's maintenance. I enrolled in the "Always Sunny" program where they come twice a year to service it. In our busy lives this is one thing I don't need to worry about anymore. Also, the system they installed 3 years ago has a 10 year warranty so I can sleep easy at night and keep money in my pocket knowing Sunshine State backs up their products and service.
