Thanks for coming and fixing our air conditioning our unit is old and you guys have been great taking care of the air conditioning repair and also repairing the Heat always been out here very promptly and done a wonderful job we're getting ready to replace the unit now with Cooks thank you Jerry.

When our regular AC company couldn't respond to an after-hours emergency within 24 hours, Cooks Air Conditioning could. Services was prompt, professional and Jerry went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our issue. He even took the time to look over our entire system and suggest future improvements. Would 100% recommend!

I understand the after hours service charge of $149.99. But then on top of it all charged me $286 for 45 minutes worth of work and a $15 part. Lesson learned.

Aaron came and saved our day even in the rain same day service. We were so lucky to have him come on such short notice and help us out 10 out of 10 definitely recommend 🙂

I give 4 out 5 stars, because I don't believe in perfect. Great service and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend this company.

Excellent service ,and experience got the system up and going quickly now we have a reliable system, thank you Jerry at Cooks. Air conditioning seems to be working well now will highly recommend Cooks.

service tech is knowledgeable, he knows whats the problem and what he is doing.
since we have an old unit ( 18 years old) capacitor breaks every year.
He suggested us to have a new one that is low electric usage.
we did get a new hvac and our electric bill is lowered.
its a good investment to have a new hvac, in my opinion. i can sleep at night knowing that my ac is good.

For 17 years, I haven’t experienced any ac company that did a thorough inspection on our ac except for ac cooks, im impressed.

Most of ac company just wants their money. Not on this one. They actually care for our health and wealth.

They have suggested a new ac unit for us, helped us financing. Air on our house is a awesome and bill should do down.

Cook's delivered what they promised on their website! Our AC went out last night and called them first thing this morning and they sent out technician immediately! Craig called me to schedule time he would be here within 30 mins of talking to the pleasant dispatcher, that I spoke with. He was right on time and very knowledgeable. He completely explained everything it could be in terms I would understand. He was pleasant and got my AC working in no time! Price was exceptional and very reasonable, especially on a holiday weekend! No outrageous fees for emergency and after hours call! I will be using Cook's for all our AC needs in the future.
