We've used Arctic Breeze for routine services since 2019... always professional and on-time! Today, we had our bi-annual maintenance performed by their service technician (Steve)... and he was a pleasure to work with! He provided several unsolicited hints on how to best maintain our system... which was welcome!

While out back of our home, I noticed water collecting under the air conditioner unit and I also heard water "running" I did not view this as normal. I called Arctic Breeze and the same day Steve Horos came out to our home. He arrived earlier than expected which was great. He was professional, very personable, and very knowledgeable.
He educated me on what was wrong and educated me on how to prevent this problem in the future which I much appreciated.
The drain pan and the drain line were both clogged. He cleaned them both and then he came inside to check the thermostat and make sure the unit was functioning properly at the correct temperature for our comfort.
We were very pleased with both Arctic Breeze and with Steve and we highly recommend their service. Thank you, Steve.

We have been using Arctic Breeze for many years. Tech’s are always polite, thorough and very informative; Steven was our tech today. He gave us some extra tips to extend the life and cleaning in between our professional maintenance. All tech’s make sure you fully understand the condition of your unit and what repairs if any are needed. My unit is now 11years old and going strong, they are the original installers and have done all maintenance.

2/23/23 We still use them for regular maintenance and they are still very professional and thorough.

My tech Steven was excellent. Had some difficulty understanding the service contract and researching the payment. He was patient, explained everything thoroughly and completed the system check. Very pleasant and professional. Arctic Breeze send him back in February!

We are a maintenance customer with Arctic breeze. Our AC stopped working and we called Arctic Breeze at approx 630pm. The technician, Steve H., was at our house in less than 10 minutes and resolved the issue within 1hr! Steve H. was not only prompt, he conducted the repair with professionalism and integrity!
