Easy once a year check up. Help me understand up keep, and how to keep costs low.

Steve the serviceman was very professional and did a great job. Although, the work was to be finding at 9:30 AM, it was performed at 12:30 as there was a glitch in their IT system not showing the scheduled time on their board. The company acknowledged the software glitch. The technician made it before the new time so he was very prompt.

We have had Artic Breeze service our AC, which they installed, for years.
Totally satisfied with the service provided. They do a very thorough job without having to be followed around. They also keep track of when our service is needed and call to schedule it. Their staff and service people have never been anything but Courteous and Friendly. We have recommended them to many friends and also to my real estate customers.

Had a unit quit at a property and these folks were great in every way servicing the unit at minimal cost. I definitely recommend this company as it was recommended to me.

Steve was fabulous! He explained things clearly &made sure I understood what I could do to help keep my system in good condition, even making sure I knew what size filters to buy- mine are not standard! Best service visit ever!

Arctic Breeze installed a new heat exchange system at a reasonable price. However, we had to have them back twice soon after to fix some mistakes (which were covered by their warranty). Also, the filter compartment is so tight as to make replacing the filter an unnecessary headache. In light of all this, their response has been very good.
