Ben E arrived at my home this afternoon after he called requesting to come early! I was happy to tell him yes! He was very professional, informative and very personable! I could tell by the way he talked with me and walked me through what he was doing he was very knowledgeable about his job. He answered every question and let me tell you I had plenty of them! I felt as I had known him for forever. He is coming back to clean my vents and install an air scrubber and I couldn’t be happier. He also took the time to show me what I could do as a home owner to help maintain my unit. I would also like to say the every one I have dealt with associated with this company has been very nice. I highly recommend this company and Ben E for your A/C Needs.

We were due for the semi annual maintenance and the system wasn’t quite running properly. I called Arctic Breeze and they were able to schedule my service for the next business day. Steve came out and was very knowledgeable and explained all that he was doing and now the units are both running like new.

We .just love Pete. He is so personable and honest. Thank you Arctic Breeze for getting our system fixed. I also appreciate so much their prompt service. Got an emergency issue? They will be there in an hour or two. Very responsive! Won't use anyone else.

I called Arctic Breeze at 2:45 this afternoon regarding our AC which was not cooling. The technician was here, fixed the problem, gave me some tips on AC maintenance and was finished and gone shortly after 4:00. Obviously the problem could have been bigger and required more time but he had the part he needed so he was able to replace it quickly. Both the technician and the women I spoke to in their office were very nice, helpful and professional. Will definitely call them again if necessary.
