Excellent professional service!!! The Technician that came out to my home was super helpful, as well as honest in explaining why my ac/heater was making sounds like it was dieing. Thankfully, nothing at all had to be fixed and is actually operating correctly. Even though i paid for a after hours fee, it was well worth it to know there was nothing wrong. Great experience and learning lesson. I will continue to call Cook's ac/heater company for future repairs or not. * I bought my unit back in 2017 and is still running great.
