Cooks air conditioning is always been Johnny on the spot for AC repair and now we're going to have them put a new air conditioning unit in the home looking forward to the great service we've been with them for many years thank you Jerry.

On Tuesday 3/28/23 Cook’s sent Aaron out to investigate my HVAC malfunction. From his letting me know he was 35” out, to the conclusion of his time working on my system, Aaron was polite, detail oriented, and very helpful to explain the processes.

While he was unable to duplicate the problem, he assured me that if any further problems arise in the near future that Cook’s would seek to resolve them at no additional charge. That’s a great relief.

Aaron is very friendly, warm, and welcoming, while at the same time very professional. I highly recommend asking for him as your service technician.

Matt was a true professional. Arrived within the time frame that I was expecting, then serviced our system with efficiency. Very happy with our experience today.

The problems I had were taken care of and the cost was very reasonable. I'll keep on using Cook's Ht/Ac.

Both of the installers, Elliott and Steve, were very professional and answered all my questions. A real pleasure.

First of all, I was told he'll get a card on file when he comes, I was not told he needs a card on file before he starts driving to my place. There was someone home to open the door and he would have gotten the card information there but he end up not coming that day because he couldn't reach me to collect payment and I was at work so I didn't have my phone. I called again and now he wants to tell me he needs the payment before he comes over, I gave him the card information and he came over. I was charged $135 for him to come to my place to check my dumb breaker and say he can't fix it I need an electrician. If I had known this is all he was going to do I would never had gave him $135 for him to spend 1min at my home to do nothing. Something so simple could have been said over the phone "check your breaker". What a waste.

I had an issue with my new air conditioner installed by Cook's Air conditioning. I was initially not pleased with their responsiveness. But ultimately, they fixed a manufacturing defect to my complete satisfaction.
I was very pleased that the owner of the company gave me a follow-up call to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company for your air-conditioning needs !!

Joel was the Awesome technician who came out to fix my system.
He's professional, patient and very thorough.
He took care of the problem and checked for other problems. He answered all of my concerns. Joel is Amazing.
Jaime went out of her way to get us help Even though it was late. She is always kind, patient, and very professional. She made sure that we had a tech before the end of her day.

The Technician I had today was Chris. He did an awesome job of replacing the motor in my unit. He had a hard time trying to get another part out, but he was persistent. It took a while, but he was able to proceed once the other part was removed. He was smiling the whole time. His personality was great. He came in smiling and left with a smile. I am very satisfied with the service I received today.
