Needed help installing a smart thermostat. They were out the following day and also diagnosed a heating coil issue, but with no pressure to fix that day. He even cleaned my AC unit inside, and showed me how I could do it myself in between services. Reliable and professional.

Came to the house and spent 15 minutes on us without taking the time to fully look into our issues for $85 just to say its hot oustide this is normal even though our 3 year old unit is 10 degrees abive normal operations. DO NOT CALL AND PRE-PAY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Excellent service and was very prompt in servicing and replacing our Heat Pump. Would recommend them especially to Home Depot.

They have inspected Our ac thoroughly for problems and fixed it for a reasonable price.

They have also financed our new ac and wow its good. Jerry (the owner) have explained to me and my wife why our electric bill is so high.
After that, he helped us approved our loan.

New ac works wonderful. Also cleaned our air ducts. Air we breath inside our house is a lot better now, feels even better because its not humid like it used too. Electric bill should drop now. Thanks to the whole team of cooks ac.

My Husband and I wanted you to know that Bobby was beyond Patient and would not give up for hours until we had air!! You already know he's definitely a keeper. He could've given up after a couple of hours but he didn't until he figured out why we didn't have air. Needless to say he did an Excellent Job!! We've been customers of Cook's for around 5 years and they've been very good to us. Matt, our service tech, has always done a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to family and friends who may need HVAC work done.

*Update 2/19/20* This company continues to do a great job. We had Mahlon as our service tech in this visit and he did a wonderful job. I would continue to recommend this place and these two techs to any family or friends.

Timely, thorough and great work as always! Technicians are nice and professional. They are engaged and go above and beyond educating us on our systems, how to perform monthly maintenance, etc. We haven't had any issues with our A/C or heat after signing up for the maintenance plan.

Mahlon Oglesby came and serviced our Ac/Heat yesterday, so very polite, professional but charismatic as well.He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15 minutes ! Awesome Thank you ! Emailed Cook's late on a Saturday night and they emailed right back. I emailed back Sunday morning to see if someone could come out and they were able to get a technician out to my house that afternoon. Mahlon Oglesby was my technician and he was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Didn't try to upsell me on any services that wouldn't be necessary or that wouldn't be good value for my money. He got my a/c back working in no time. Would highly recommend Cook's and especially Mahlon Oglesby for a technician.
