I just wanted to say that I am very happy with my experience with cooks. They helped me out with everything that I need and were very fast to get to my needs. I want to say thank you guys for helping me and my family had everything we need. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for an AC. They are awesome.

Bobby was great in and out very quickly but also took time to help me understand what was up with the system. Absolutely happy I have a service contract.

This company was assigned by my warranty company to come and fix my ductwork and A/C. They never called to set up an appointment so I called them twice. They gave me the 'run around' I complained to the Warranty Co who called me back after trying to reach them for 1 whole day. Then this company said they were not coming. Who does business like that? I am glad they never showed. I wish I could give them a minus one star rating
