Our AC broke on Sunday and Cook's Air Conditionng specialists quickly responded to our call. They installed two portable air conditioners for our comfort until they could replace our broken AC. Great service, with polite and professional workers. A great choice and we recommend their service!

Mahlon was a respectful and professional service technician. He fixed the problem we had quickly, then checked other parts of the system to make sure everything was functioning properly. We will call Cook’s again if we have any further problems.

My husband and I were having trouble with installing my thermostat and called for service during after hours. Mahlon called and tried to walk me through troubleshooting the system however, I’m not tech savy at all. He went out of his way to come to my house and install the thermostat. We also signed up for the Gold Club membership! Very professional, fast, and personal guy. He was AWESOME! I recommend their services to anyone in the Gainesville area!

Sat the 15 I called cooks the response was very quick. My air was not staying on got a call from Chris he said he would be out to my house around 7:30 pm . He arrived right on time. Found out my my coil on the unit was very dirty causing the air to shut down. I have an older unit he cleaned it now we are cool again. Hey what can I say it's June in Florida and hot. Tried to get another company out here but they lost my appt. So called cooks and worth the extra 50 over standard to get them out here on Saturday to check ac. They were on time answered my questions and let me know I could run my unit while they replaced warranty part. Mind you this was a warranty part from another company and they did all paperwork. Called me when part came in and all I paid was labor. So worth having air back and techs on time both times. I'll be calling them again if needed.
