Let me start by saying I am extremely disappointed in this company. I had them out to look at my broken AC. The technician spent a short time looking at it didn’t even pull out tools like a multi meter or anything, and told me it wasn’t worth fixing. He then proceeded to give me a $10,000 quote for a new one. I was pretty upset because I knew it was working fine the other day and it’s not that old I will say I am now a HVAC technician but I do have some background in that area. I ended up using my multi meter and finding the problem myself. Fixed it myself and now it’s running excellent. so I got charge $70 for him to stand there look at it and tell me it’s not worth fixing. He also lied to me about one of the fuses being bad on the the control board. If I were someone that didn’t have a background in fixing things I would have been screwed. It makes me sad to think that there are companies out there that do this to people. If you read this, please just go with someone else.

I love it when a business is honest and trustworthy! I want to broadcast this, as an example to businesses that are not. If you want a crew that is professional, experienced, friendly, trustworthy, and polite, then this is the HVAC company for you. Their leader, Raymond Walsh, is a good man with great integrity, and he has hired like-minded men. Integrity “flows downhill”, also.
My wife and I are currently enjoying very much the complete HVAC installation North Central Florida Air Conditioning put in early this year.

HVAC just installed by your company. Your installers Marcus and Trey were professional and informative. Also knowledgeable and respectful. I hope to continue with this company to service the AC.

I’m confused as to why there are so many good reviews for this place. I had the most TRAUMATIZING experience today. I scheduled an appointment since yesterday for someone to come and fix my AC. Guy knocks on my door. I showed him where the AC system was. He looked at it and told me he was going to his truck to get his equipments there he just drove off. It was after sitting in my living room for 15 minutes with the door open that I looked outside and realized he left. That’s not the most upsetting part, he called his boss and lied saying that he didn’t feel comfortable doing the job because of the state of the home and neighborhood. I live in a neighborhood that’s about 90% elderly people. And my home is neat clean. Then he lied about haven spoken to me before he left and claiming that I was a child and incoherent. Please beware before booking this company because I have reasons to believe this guy left (without saying anything to me) simply because he didn’t want to service a black family.

This company is not reliable and Manager Jessica needs training on customer service. Go anywhere else but here. I made an appointment with this company 3 times and no one showed up. The first time they made an appointment for 7/12. When It was missed, I called the same day. they indicated the appointment book said it was for the following day 7/13 which could not be accurate. They indicated they had made the mistake and they would reschedule it for 7/20. The second missed appointment on 7/20 the customer service person was very apologetic and indicated they had not assigned it to tech and she was not sure what happened. She offered to call back and would make a new appointment once determining what happened that it was never placed in the schedule. She recalled the situation and remembered making the appointment. She never called back. So I called them after a few days. I made a third appointment for 2 PM on 8/3 and a person called me the night before indicating someone would be at my home between 4-5 PM and asked if a text reminder stating when they were on their way would be okay. On 8/3 at 2:23 I received the text indicating they were on there way with in 30 minutes. I texted back 6 minutes later at the number given in the text “thank you see you soon.” No one showed again. When I called to check in I spoke with a customer service rep who stated he would find out what happened and call me back. He thought maybe the person was still on a service call. When he called back he indicated his department could not do much more when a customer misses an appointment. I stated again no one showed up as I have been here and there is nothing showing on my security cameras. I asked when did this person arrive? He indicated the person arrived at the same time the text was sent at 2:23 PM. I laughed a little. He acknowledged that was a problem they needed to address. I asked if he could transfer me to the area where I could make the another appointment as this would be the 4th no show appointment by a technician. He instead transferred me to a manager name Jessica. Before I could speak she started yelling immediately and would not allow me to get in any words. She indicated they had picture and mileage proof that someone had been to my home every time and that I was not there every time. She indicated “they will never ever ever come to my home”. Because I was not angry or yelling, I do not understand her tone of voice. When I asked a couple of times calmly if I could speak as I would like to understand what she is talking about she finally allowed me to talk. I stated no one has been here and at least the first. customer service rep acknowledged that which was the reason for the third appointment. I asked what color was the home in the pictures. She refused and stated she was not sharing with me. I asked if she could send me what she’s talking about. She refused. She then started yelling again for no reason. When I asked for the name of owner, she indicated she is the only person in charge. Not sure how true that is given my entire experience with this company. If you can, use anyone else but this company. I have no idea about their quality of work, but if management handles simple situations that have an easy solution like this, I can only imagine how they would handle a repair or replacement concern.

After they rescheduled with me twice to come and due a routine maintenance, they rescheduled for a third time. They promised, no matter what that they would be there for this appointment. (between 12-4 on a Tues.) Waited around all day, until 4:30 without hearing from them, so I called. They told me they would check with the tech and get back with me. 10 minutes later, they called and said the tech was finishing a job and promised he would be on the way as soon as he was done. 45 minutes after that, they called my business partner (who didn't know what had been going on) told him they didn't have my phone number and needed to reschedule because the tech had gotten sick. Take your business to a company that wants you as a customer, it's clear they didn't want our business any longer.

I’ve been so impressed with this company. They installed my HVAC system. I’ve joined their maintenance plan and they’ve cleaned my ducts. When I got home late one evening and it appeared my AC wasn’t working they sent someone out that night and had it fixed right away for me. They are beyond professional and take great pride in their work.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Brian at NCF Air Conditioning. He is a very knowledgeable technician, who explained all of the work he was performing on my AC unit. Brian has patience, expertise and a great demeanor - I was very appreciative that he explained the workings of my AC unit and exactly what problems were occurring. He provided numerous solutions and offered reasonable options. Additionally, Brian was instrumental in providing multiple maintenance tips for me to utilize to keep the AC unit running more efficiently. I felt listened to and had all my questions answered in detail. Thank you for having such a well-versed and experienced agent perform the needed repairs and annual maintenance activities on my AC unit. I will be recommending NCF Air Conditioning business services to others!

A NEW unit (inside/outside $$$$) was purchased last year (6/2021). The A.C unit started giving problems recently because it no longer cooled the house so the company was called about the issue. The company then stated they’d send out a technician. On Tuesday 8/16/2022 @ 12:30 pm, we were told that the motor went out!! during this service call and is no longer under warranty (1 yr warranty is what we were told they give. These were the options we were given
1# PAY for the motor that was with the technician that was on his service truck, which was a “universal” for over $600
#2 Wait for the manufacture to send another motor (14 days) and we’d still have to pay!!
Jessica can be “condescending”has a “way with her words” ex: “like I previously stated to you.. but if I need clarification a company (manager) should always remain professional. No one from North Central Florida ever mentioned anything to us about having the 12 yr warranty on the parts, until I mentioned it after I’d spoken to the manufacturer myself. At that time, the manager stated how she’d “worked hard for us” (not true) but at this time of contact we’ve been without A/C for 11 days!!! On the call Jessica stated they were still waiting on the part, so I called Daikin back to ask was there a “back order” on motor parts. The customer service representative stated that the part in question was “in stock” and delivery was 7-10 business days. I don’t feel that this company did all they could to assist their customer. I strongly feel that once they are paid they don’t care how you feel in sweltering heat!!!! There were several calls made within this time period hoping for some resolutions (but none). In the past, a previous company offered and left a portable system for us to use. We were a total of 15 Days!!! without working air conditioning!
P.S
Jessica (Manager) tried to offer to “finance” to pay for the universal motor!! Why would we want to pay for a “universal motor” when we’re already having problems with the “NEW unit“ that’s just about 6wks over their(North Central Florida Air Conditioning) year warranty
2nd company also came out and we were told with our new unit some of our wiring/parts weren’t new, they could tell.

We have used NCFAC on two occasions to install new HVAC systems. Both times, staff was very professional, very knowledgeable, on time and completed both projects on budget. I would highly recommend this company.
