Nothing but good things to say about NCFAC. They've been servicing our AC/Heat unit for a number of years, Very responsive. Tech Mike did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Booties in the House, yeah!!

To start with Initially mislead about the price of a service call. The repair technician blamed new office personnel for this misrepresentation. The repair tech spent approximately 20 minutes trouble shooting A/C problem and quoted a price I considered high, so I declined the repair. I sought a second opinion and found the repair technician from NCF A/C's diagnosis was wrong and his quote for the misdiagnosed repair was in excess of $200 dollars higher than other AC companies in my area. I addressed my concerns to management at NCF A/C's and also found during my conversation with them that there where inconsistencies about his written troubleshooting procedure notes and what was actually performed at my home. Not a trustworthy company.

Trey and Ashley were absolutely amazing! They explained everything so I could understand and the best customer service care ever. I will be using them from now on.

Michael Rogers of North Central Florida Air Conditioning did excellent work for me on my AC unit, installing a surge protector now that we're in storm season. Mr. Mike was friendly, on time, and professional, a winner!

I was very happy with the service. Trey was extremely nice and worked hard to solve the problem with my unit. Great to know that I can count on North Central Florida Air Conditioning if i have a problem.

Dan Johnson was superb in diagnosing and solving our A/C condensate problem. He works patiently and diligently with a positive and helpful attitude. And he got along very well with our golden retriever.

This is the best a/c company ever got great prices and the customer service was wonderful. The service tech that came out here was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and how he would fix it. I highly recommend this company to everyone in the north central Florida area.
