My review is honest and personal. I worked for this company for a little over a month as a temp. As a company, they're okay. Most issues are resolved, some aren't no matter what (usually at no fault of the technicians). Some of their pricing is high in comparison. The owner is a truly wonderful, caring man unless he gets upset and then apparently he makes empty threats and get irate. The office manager is amazing and so, so sweet. The technicians are decent besides the fact that a registered sex offender (sexual predator to be exact) is one of them and is allowed in people's homes. The owner's wife has two personalities (stressed and rude). She refuses to confront any personnel issues head on and relies on other people to do her dirty work. If she decides she likes you, she'll talk to you and stop you from being able to complete work. The workers are overworked and under appreciated. Favorites are played in the office while the other employees are assaulted by the hostile work environment and the general lack of human compassion shown towards you unless you're office princess. In a small town where I found so many kind, caring people, the owner's wife looked at me like the devil. She even believed business was slowing due to my appearance. (Mind you, every customer I spoke with praised my customer service in comparison to others in the office they'd spoken with in the past.) So overall, they get 3 stars. They're a decent business with a few truly upstanding people and a few really disappointing ones. Maybe they'll learn to embrace someone who wants to better their business rather than drag it through the mud.

The gentleman who came out was very polite and knowledgeable. He was willing to explain and show me the issues and was patient with me as I was woefully unaware of the condition of our units. He wrote down everything he explained as well as his recommendations for my husband to see. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs anytime.

Jeremy was FANTASTIC! I woke up this morning, in the heat of the summer, with my AC unit broken. Not fun. I called North Central Florida Air Conditioning and they were immediately responsive! They sent Jeremy out and within a few hours, he replaced the broken part and we had our AC unit working again!! I am a single older lady and don’t really understand much about ACs. But Jeremy was so patient with explaining things to me and was kind enough that after he got the AC running again, he connected my smartphone to the AC unit and now I feel high tech!! Haha I highly recommend them for anyone looking for help with their AC!

They arrived fast and on time. I was skeptical at first from the past reviews, but they have a whole NEW staff. All NEW technicians. My tech name was Jared. He was soooo nice and helpful. They got my system back running in tip top shape. Thanks North Central!!!! :-)

Very professional and informative. Showed up right on time and finished as promised. This means a lot in post Hurricane Michael recovery, as that has not been my experience with so many other contractors. North Central FL A/C & Insulation is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend!!

Trey showed up on Saturday night while it was raining. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. From diagnosing the problem after checking both the indoor and outdoor AC units, and replacing the broken part it was less than an hour and the AC was back up and running. Highly recommend this company for AC repairs.

I scheduled an estimation appointment with the clear understanding that I would get a phone call from the estimator with a 10 minute notice- He never called and sent a text saying "be there in 30 min" He shows up in 10 min at my home with no one there and leaves with a card on our door.I called their office and explained that I took time off work to meet the estimator on time but they would not send him back in a timely manor causing me to loose valuable work time .I will never use them again

Today I had my AC maintenance done and am very satisfied with this company and the agent who did the work, Quentin Walker. Mr. Walker was professional, patient, and proficient . He answered my questions, explained what he found when I asked and made suggestions for maintaining my AC unit. I like my maintenance plan and am very satisfied with Quentin Walter's work. Quentin was very professional and helpful in lettting me know what the problem with our system was. He and the office got me worked in so we wouldn't be without heat any longer than necessary. This is a great company to do business with.

Tray came out as he has done several times before. Very professional and never tries to upsell you to something you don't need. Been using these guys for two years. They have always been great.
