Highly recommend David and his crew for A/C repair work and new installations in Gainesville! I had a leaky air handler and emailed about getting my system replaced since it was an original from the 80s.

David was very responsive to all forms of communication, and was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He even helped stop the leak in my air handler (clogged drainage pipe) before any services were agreed upon, or paid for... that's amazing! It's obvious that David takes pride in his work, and genuinely enjoys helping people. His service was fast, affordable, and very professional.

My wife and I just bought a new home. We called Precision Tech to provide us a quote for replacing the A/C system and adding a couple of vents. Dave came to our home and provided a fair price. He was honest in his evaluation and did not try to sell us anything that was not needed. We chose Precision Tech to perform the work out of four contractors because of how they conducted themselves over the phone and in our home. They were very knowledgeable about their products, reasonable with their prices, and performed high quality work. They cleaned up after the project and actually left our garage cleaner than they found. Our new A/C system works great. Very Happy!

We were referred to David and his company by some friends for the installation of a new HVAC unit. Unfortunately David isn't doing system installs anymore (at least for the moment) and wasn't available for the job......so how can I rate him 5 stars?

He took the time to answer ALL of my questions (over two separate phone calls) despite knowing full well that he wasn't getting any business from me. He was able to help me decide between two very close proposals and gave me the information I needed to make a clear and informed choice! While he may not be available for what we needed he still does maintenance and other services and I can't see how you'd go wrong with him! While I'm sure he isn't in the business of giving out free information every time someone calls he took time out of his day for me with nothing in it for him and I was very impressed by that. Highly professional and extremely courteous.

What a relief it was to have our air conditioner repaired by a professional a/c company that actually cared about doing a good job. From Cindy who answered the phone to Dave the repair technician we felt very comfortable with their customer service. Arrived on time, explained everything in easy to understand terms, and did exactly what they said they would do. Strongly recommend this company!

We have been using Precision Tech for years now and have always found them fast and reliable. They replaced our a/c system and did additional duct work for us. Whenever we have issues they are there immediately and address the problems. They do not keep trying to oversell when they are doing maintenance like so many other companies. I highly recommend.
