Thank you thank you thank you! At 2:00 in the morning on the 5th of July we woke up to a 79° house 😳😳 I have a couple of friends in this business but both of them were booked so solid after the holiday that they couldn't even do me a favor. No fault of theirs I understand. The owner of Air DucKs came out himself for a quick fix which was my hope that's all it was. Just something I didn't have the capacity (capacitor) to handle myself. The urgency was great because my wife has to sleep during the day to work at the hospital at night and do the Lord's work! So this company gets my highest of all recommendations!

This company cares about its workmanship and its customers. Our project was estimated to take a week to complete, and the crew worked tirelessly to meet that deadline. Communication was excellent. I was well informed of what was happening at all stages. The crew was conscientious and kept our home very clean while replacing old ducting. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. We were so happy with the whole process, the wonderful people, and of course the finished product!

This company has incredible customer service and the quality of work is excellent. My A/C system needed a repair, Air Ducks came out right away and worked quickly to fix the issue. I would highly recommend their service!

Outside AC unit stopped working late Friday afternoon. Called Air Ducks around 6:30 pm hoping someone would answer the phone. The office person was terrific! She was very understanding and helpful. She explained there was a diagnostic fee and a repair man would be at our house between 9 and 11 Saturday morning. Sam arrived at 9:30. He found the problem, had the part with him, and had our AC running again. Terrific service and employees!

First used Air Ducks to install new unit back 2014. Had an issue with a component local A/C Company could not handle in Keystone Hgts. We have been using Air Ducks for years since they were referred to us by our home warranty company. Air ducks no longer works with the company so at the beginning of this week when our ac stopped working Total Air Care was sent out to fix our unit. Long story short total air care has no clue how to fix an ac system by our warranty company. We called Air Ducks to give us an estimate on a new system. Sam the owner came out and asked if he could have a look at our unit just to see what repairs Total Air Care did. He noticed right away they rewired everything wrong which has now caused damage to our compressor. 15 min later Sam fixed our unit and did it out of the kindness of his heart and gave us our estimate for a new system. This is why we love Air Ducks and highly recommend them. Bottom line if you have American Home Shield as your home warranty company and they tell you Total Air Care is coming to fix it, ask them to send another company out or give Air Ducks a call. Air Ducks stands by their work and they will take care of your needs. They are the best at what they do. Total Air Care is a joke. Their technicians have no clue as to what they are doing. If you need hvac service, call Air Ducks!! Enough said.

Reached out to this company because of good reviews. Called and explained to the woman who answers the phone that I have been shopping around for air duct cleaning service and wondering why this company would charge over $600 for something other companies charge $300. She was very nice on the phone, explaining that it's due to their exceptional service and latest machinery. She also said dryer vent would be included in quote.

On the day of the appointment however, I had 2 youngsters show up looking disheveled and like they just rolled out of bed. They proceeded to do some work, gathering a tiny amount of dust- it was surprising given that ducts have not been cleaned in over 7 years and there were 2 dogs in the house.

Later, I was sent a bill for over $900- they found more vent openings and apparently didn't include the dryer. We finally settled on the original amount but I would highly NOT recommend this company. Unprofessional

I would 100% recommend using Air Ducks! My unit from 2001 finally went out on me this summer and they were able to get to a brand new one installed for me quickly and did a great job.
