Bounds Heating & Air

On a very hot Sunday, I discovered my air wasn’t working. My first thought was to call Bounds Heating & Air as I had heard of their great service (and I wouldn’t be over charged due to it being Sunday) and honesty. They did not disappoint! My unit had several issue and Ramon showed me what happened and, clearly, explained what he needed to do. Ramon is the best heat/air technician I have ever dealt with. I will use Bounds for servicing my unit from here on. Thank you Bounds and Ramon!

My ac unit stopped working on Sunday before 4th of July. I called Bounds and didn’t expect to reach anyone. I thought I would leave a voicemail and get a call back sometime. I was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone. She took down my location and contact information and stated that a technician would be at my home on on Monday. This was great news as I didn’t know what to expect with the holiday on Tuesday.He came by on Monday was very professional, diagnosed and repaired my unit for a very reasonable sum. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others

Nothing but great things to say about this company. My ac went out from being old & it's getting hot.
I called on the recommendation of a friend and I was not let down. Had someone out the next day for an estimate.
After he went over everything & gave me the quote I knew this was the best plan. Four days later they were installing a new system.
The install went great & was done faster than I'd expected. Not a single thing to gripe about from start to finish.

This company sent a tech out to my home on a Friday at 4:15pm and fixed the problem before 5pm! That is excellent service! Very professional employees and I will definitely be using them again for any future needs. Thank you!

A work order request was placed yesterday afternoon and they responded that same day and setup an appointment to work us in today. They responded quickly. We didn't have to wait all day. Thank goodness because of this heat. Our technician was very nice and had us up and back running in no time.

Amazing, friendly and punctual service! Within a day of my call a tech was at my house assessing the problem, and withing another day the issue was fixed. Meanwhile, I'm still on a waiting list for duct repair at another company. Definitely found the company I will be using moving forward!
