I called late Saturday afternoon when our ac stopped working. They gave me an appointment for 8am Sunday morning. The technician called at 7:55 to say he’d be at my house in 15 minutes. My ac was up and running in two hours after replacing the fan motor. Anthony was very professional! My expectations were exceeded in every aspect of my experience with Bounds. This is a business that makes sure the customer is happy and satisfied!

Bounds provided service to our WINE Guardian cooler; no one in our area had knowledge but Jerad at Bounds quickly identified the problem and repaired.

My technician was outstanding!! He came in the evening around 7 and I could see he was tired from working all day. He wore his mask which I appreciated. He was very polite and courteous. He checked out our nearly new unit and figured out it was not the unit but a problem in the breaker box which he resolved. I was very appreciative that he kept looking for the problem even when it was not obvious what was going on and restored our heating ability. Very impressed with this young man. Jared Lally came to work on my AC unit and was absolutely amazing! I called Bounds in the early afternoon and the person who took my call was energetic, helpful, and worked with me to understand what I needed to get fixed. Once I explained what was going on, she said it could possibly be a few things and gave me ballpark pricing just in case. Under two hours later, I received a text stating that Jared was on his way to take a look. Not only did he get everything back in shape and cleaned out all the crude and fluid in the pipes, but he also made sure to explain everything he was doing along the way. I trusted his judgment and expertise, and the repairs were affordable! I’m thankful Bounds provides quality service and sent Jared to get us in a better place with our unit!

We had an emergency (after hours and weekend) issue with our AC, and Bounds quickly responded to my phone call message and was at my house early AM the next day. The job was done professionally and thoroughly! I highly recommend Bounds for your HVAC needs!

This company was very responsive and sent someone out within one to two days to evaluate my project. The service man Julius that came to do the work was professional, helpful, kind, prompt and got the work done efficiently. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Our air conditioner went out on a hot and muggy Florida Friday evening. Saturday morning our usual air conditioner company was unavailable. I called Bounds and a very pleasant Sabrina answered and had a very professional Andrew come to our house in a little over an hour. He had us all fixed in less than an hour at a reasonable price. Bounds has a new customer signed up for yearly maintenance.

James was knowledgeable, polite, and prompt. Fixed issue and got us on scheduled maintenance.
