Christopher Allen was the tech that came to my home. Thorough informative and complete. He performed testing and fixed the issue. Thanks to him my ac unit works better than it ever has.
I am elderly with medical issues. My health requires ac/heating. Until Bounds came i was in my home no ac with 90° temperatures. I was told by Mid Florida Heating & Air my unit was not working and and I would need a whole new unit. $$$$$ They put my ac on fan told me to run my fans. I will NEVER use them again!!

They showed up earlier than originally after calling me to sure it was OK. They know what they are doing. They are professional in how they handle issues telling me what they found, alternatives for dealing with them, showing me the defective parts and making all necessary adjustments so the system is working the way it should.
We have used abounds since our house was built and have never disappointed us in anything they have done for us.
I highly recommend.

Service was prompt and efficient. Priority appointment just before July 4 owed to our having an annual contract— which I recommend.

They completed A/C maintenance and repairs at our old house, installed our A/C unit at our new house and are completing maintenance on our A/C unit at our new house. I saw a lot of people recommending Bounds online, so we called them when our AC wasn't working properly. They came out the same day and fixed everything up, and even fixed up some loose bits that weren't done very well on the initial unit install.
