Bounds Heating & Air

What an incredible business. Being at wits end trying to find a qualified technician for our wine cellar the manufacturer recommended Bounds Heating and Air. Upon calling I found they did not service our area. I went into depressed panic mode when the lovely lady taking my call asked me to hold on while she spoke with the owner. Much to my surprise he agreed to sending a tech my way. What a relief! Thank you Bounds for reminding me we still have incredible businesses that haven’t forgotten customer service! I have done a second review for the technician that serviced my unit. Outstanding young man!

The problem was not solved! Water was still leaking in the air handler in puddles and the temperature decreased from 83 degrees room temperature to 82 degrees and then back up to 83 degrees to never getting cool. We had to eventually turn the unit off.

Our upstairs AC stopped cooling and I contacted bounds. The technician arrived within the time frame that they gave me and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to go to the shop for a part and was back at
the house quickly. Installed the parts and the AC begin cooling. I was very satisfied with the service and will continue to use them as my AC repair company.

I have been nothing but pleased with the personnel that Bounds has sent out to my place for the various little pieces of my home renovation. All their staff has been very tolerant of my timeline and my little questions and odd little preferences. One day things were particularly crazy at the house and the guys had to wait on me for five or 10 minutes, and spent the time throwing the frisbee for my dogs! Just genuinely good people seem to wind up in my yard or attic, and it’s really great to have folks like that working in our community.

Zachary was very quick but still thorough. He is friendly and listened to my concerns. Bounds hires very good technicians like Zachary and does business the way it should. We are long time customers because of it.

What an outstanding company! I'm retired from the U.S. Army. Applied for a VA home loan that took four months to get approved. They never tried to change the original quote due to price increases. On the day that I scheduled the install, two young techs came out and where very professional from start to finish. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anybody that needs A/C repairs or replacement. I plan on taking advantage of their annual service agreement and using them from this point forward. OUTSTANDING COMPANY.

Our air conditioning stopped working at about 4 o’clock on Sunday, Mother’s Day! We had been working outside all day long when we discovered that when we turned our air down, it didn’t work!! Luckily, my husband decided to call on a Sunday, probably expecting no one to answer, but to our surprise someone answered! We were incredibly surprised again to find out that they would send someone to our home as soon as their servicemen finished the job he was on. Within a few hours, we were back in business and enjoying our AC once again!! This was definitely over and above service and my highest praise would be to say they worked with the spirit of excellence when responding to our call! Well done! Great company to get work done on A/C. They installed my new unit 3 years ago and one of the drain pipes was not installed properly so we had a leak. Called them up and SAME day they came out, fixed the issue and rerouted the piping to a better position. Was really satisfied with the honesty, professionalism & dependability.

The repairman was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me so I could understand it and showed me where things were that needed repair. He did not try to up sell anything and made sure I was comfortable with job to be done.

I can't say enough how much I appreciated Bounds. Thank you Johnathan Pereyo, Reese, Brian, Brett and Steven you all were extremely professional, friendly, polite and caring. Thank you all, I will definitely be a lifetime costumer.
