Everyone is always so friendly from Bounds! They always explain what they did and offer advice to keep our unit running properly!

My repair was a great success! Only a clogged drain. Unfortunately our float switch didn't go off and our garage flooded. Nothing to do with our repair.....only mentioning cuz the same company Installed the unit in our brand new home and apparently never hooked tht part up. I also would have known a day ahead had the unit shut off due to the float being tripped. I will call them in the future or service if needed.

If you need an AC/Heating repair call Bounds first. I was very impressed with Doug, the service technician Bounds sent for our service call.
Doug was so professional and explained everything clearly for me to understand! I looked a little confused and he asked “If you didn’t understand I can explain it again.”
I appreciated that so much. A builder friend referred Bounds, he uses them all the time. I am thankful there are honest companies out there that truly care.

The first company that was out had me in tears. Bounds was a second opinion call for our issue. They will start the work next week.

So thankful.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Anthony. He came out on a wet Sunday afternoon and repaired our system. Very pleasant and fixed the ac in a jiffy! We were back up and running in no time at all. I have used other companies, that I shall not name because they pretty much sucked, but I am sticking to Bounds from now on.

Scheduling is easy and I received my reminder call as promised. They even offered an appointment when they had a cancellation. Friendly, punctual and professional. We've been with them for 10 years +. Appreciate their stellar customer service.

Whiling calling to simply compare pricing, I was blown away with the responsiveness and detailed description of the routine maintenance package. They were attentatative and answered all my questions. I was happy to sign a contract with Bound's Heating and Air.

Actually lower than what we were quoted from another company. They were professional and prompt. We will definitely use them again

James was above and beyond the best service person I have used. He was knowledgeable and very polite. A total professional that knew his job and explained several things that I was not aware of.
