Our service technician, Jacob, was awesome! He took the time to talk me through the repair, provide suggestions and tips for extending the life of our unit. I was very impressed with his high level of customer service and congeniality. He was conversational and very respectful. I would recommend Bounds and Jacob 10000%.

Staci and I have been having issues with our Mini Split for about a month now and I finally broke down and called Bounds to come check it. Honestly, I chose Bounds because I know they are a local family who we have come to trust and appreciate.

Early this morning, we wake up and the house is definitely warmer than normal. Come to find out our main AC now has an issue, so when the tech shows up I let him now how lucky he is to get a BOGO deal on AC repairs 😂

This fella was the 💣.com! Literally in 5 minutes knew exactly what was wrong with both systems In the next 5 minutes AC #1 was firing like a well oiled machine and within 30 more minutes AC#2 was blowing so cold 🥶 we needed fur coats during a heat wave!

All that to say, when it came time to pony up the bucks 💰 and this fella told me the price (WAY BELOW WHAT MY BRAIN WAS READY TO PAY) I about gave ole boy a Lounge Chair, a Margarita 🧉 and a Weeks Paid Vacay!!!!! 😯

Great work Bounds!

We have had an issue with what is known in the industry as "dirty socks" - a nice way of describing a sickening smell coming out of our air conditioner vents - mold is growing somewhere in the unit. We called Bounds and Chris Allen came out to investigate. He had already read the history on our unit and then listened to our account of the problem. He diagnosed the problem at its root and worked with Brent to coordinate a replacement of the coils - under the manufacturers warranty, and a replacement of the insulating boards which drastically reduced our out of pocket cost for the fix.
We are so thankful to be faithful customers of Bounds, and tremendously thankful to Chris for his diligence, professionalism and super duper attitude. With a 4.9 rating over 1500 reviews on Google, Bounds has an unprecedented record for service. Our experience with Bounds says it all. We love you guys!!!

We've had nothing but excellent service since we purchased our ac unit from Bounds. The guys are always friendly and polite. They are also great about letting my son follow them around and ask questions, which means he's now learned quite a bit about ac maintenance. Really glad we chose Bounds.

The service technician was professional and thorough. He listened to all of the information I could offer before beginning his systematic evaluation. He succeeded in connecting the thermostat in the most straightforward way possible.

July, 2021 Update
Because of the great service we received previously, we setup a regular maintenance schedule. Today was the first appointment.

The technician was different but the level of service was everything I have grown to anticipate. He checked out the units and discovered one capacitor had gone bad. He had the part in his truck and everything is , once again, running smoothly!

James Mitchell was our repairman. He was courteous and professional, and did not try to sell us anything. He worked long and late, and was thorough and clean. I used Bounds for many years at my office, and their team always did the best job of anybody around.

Bounds service is always perfect. They check out everything and perform 6 month maintenance.
Bounds also installed a new HVAC sytem, which was done quickly, so I was not without AC for a lengthy time.
Bounds also installed a UV Light air system to purify the air, which has been remarkable. It has been great for my allergies besides cleaning the air. I will always have a UV Light now for my health.
Our filters have been nearly clean, since installing the UV light. which is a first. In the past, the filter has been pretty covered with debris.
I will always use Bounds. They are a local company, give good service, and the staff is helpful, nice, professional, and all the good things you want in a company.

My condensation pipe was not draining to the exterior of my home. I was informed that I needed a condensate pump and repipe that would cost $650. I was informed that there was a crack in the pipe underneath my home. This diagnosis was incorrect. I was charged $100 service fee for an INCORRECT Diagnostic. Another company came out and fixed the issue within 10 mins. The pipe on the exterior was loose. He pushed it in, and the pipe drained.

Even if the diagnostic is wrong you won’t get a refund!
