Bounds Heating & Air

The service tech showed up during the window that they said he would. He was very friendly and professional in spite of his young age; he shared how he was trained and explained what he was doing. He waisted no time, but was patient and attentive to putting everything back together before reporting to me his findings and signing for the service. This was my first service visit since the new install. I hope that all the service techs are like this one was.

My system went down Friday afternoon. I called them up, and they were here in a couple of hours.. This is my second time using them. Incredible,great customer service.. On both service calls.. Very professional.

HVAC system suddenly stopped working last night. Called abounds this morning and they immediately notified a technician that came out the same day and was able to temporarily fix the problem while the part that is needed is ordered. Bounds was prompt, diligent, and effective in their response. Our technician Will, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything through his diagnosis. This was true customer service.

My family really appreciates Bounds. They've served our units several times, and the technicians always do excellent and courteous work. We're thankful for them and highly recommend Bounds for service and/or installations.

Bounds has serviced our air conditioner units at multiple locations over the years. They are always prompt, professional, courteous and reasonable. We plan to continue to use them for all future air conditioning needs.

I called them in the evening and they came out the very next day. Diagnosed the problem immediately and had to order a part. Came out the very next day and repaired the unit that morning. Fantastic experience with Bounds AC. I highly recommend them.

Night and day difference after switching from Liberty Air. These guys are smart, experienced, and thorough. They pin pointed the problems in our AC within 20 minutes of looking at it. It took 3 visits from liberty air and a manager only for them to tell us to let it run til it dies and replace it for 15k. Blown away by the professionalism and expertise at Bounds and will be customers for life after today.

Called 1:00PM because AC wasn’t working they were out and had it repaired by 2:00 PM. Great response time.
