Bounds Heating & Air

Wonderful experience with Bounds! We were able to get an appointment quickly by getting on their cancellation list to have my unit serviced. After calling yesterday regarding my home not cooling down properly, I received a call back this morning with an opening. Mr Tompkins arrived shortly after receiving a text and phone call to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he greeted me and I explained the issues we were having. He checked over everything and did what he needed to do to make sure the system was working properly. Once he was finished he came and explained what he did in order to make sure the system was in proper order and he cleaned up after himself. Overall a wonderful experience and I continue to be happy with Bounds as our A/C service/maintenance provider. Thank you so much for always taking care of us!

Our experience with HVAC maintenance has been awesome. Their technician Alex it's great.. He pays a lot of attention to details, adjusting the air flow to reduce the noise level for our system when it's running. We highly recommend Bounds.

Came out to repair a broken fan. Ran diagnostics on the whole system and gave me a repair cost and an estimate to replace everything at my request (20 year old system). No pressure sales. Came out 2 days later and replaced everything. Nice clean install and made sure everything worked properly. Cleaned up nicely before leaving. Everyone was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I can see why they have so many positive reviews. Great job guys!

Going into the fourth of July weekend I wasn't too sure if I would be seen for an emergency AC situation. They came the day I called (Friday) and the technician was efficient and polite and now I am chilling in my most comfortable house. Happy upcoming 4th!
They also didn't try to upsell me anything or tell me everything needs to be replaced on a 13 yo unit. Definitely would recommend. PS Even the guy answering the service calls was excellent. Bounds has a great team.

We had an electrical storm roll through, and my AC wasn’t blowing cold air anymore. I woke up to my thermostat 6 degrees higher than the set point and climbing. Gave Bounds a call, they said they might be out there same day, but definitely by tomorrow. Two hours later, the technician came, replaced the capacitor, and i had cold air back within minutes. Really saved my butt 😂 it was 88F in my home before the AC was working again. Definitely will give Bounds a call again in the future 👍🏻

Bounds was very professional, efficient, polite, and went above and beyond in helping to get my 80 year old mom back up and running with AC. I just can't say enough nice things about this company. Last week started off with a service call for our older HVAC system, leading into the Florida summer. After the Bounds team explained the status of our system, we decided the best route was to replace. They were able to schedule the replacement less than 48 hours later. The Bounds team is extremely responsive, professional, and use top of the line products. I have to say my favorite thing though is the strong network of available experts they have ready to lend a hand or extra set of eyes to your project. If something strange comes up, they can reach out to that network so that your project wraps up in time.
