Called after hours and response to our home was an hour. Super professional and experienced tech. They never fail to meet our needs as a customer. Great job team!

I having issues with my home heating properly, the Tech came out but the problem was not fixed. I was told to just give the unit time to heat up, even though I told the Tech that the system had been running for over 7 hours and had not reached the desired temperature. Currently I am stuck with a system that is running nearly 24hrs all day in order to keep the temperature at 70 degrees.

I am never disappointed with Bounds. Their service contract is WELL WORTH IT!! Will was my most recent tech and he spent over 3 hours cleaning everything up and talking through my options in my new home. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable! If I said I needed anything or needed something priced out, he had it or could have it quickly. Thank you for caring and doing such a great job, Will!!

Bounds has always responded promptly and service is friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I got a new system from them 9 years ago and used them for regular services and repairs. I've been consistently pleased with them.

We’ve had Bounds out to give an estimate on installing a new thermostat, and I am already impressed with them! Customer courtesy and professionalism, both from the staff I spoke to for scheduling and from the technician (Jonathan) who came out. Prompt in getting me an appointment, prompt in getting here, prompt in writing up our estimate (within an hour of leaving our place), and prompt in getting the job scheduled for completion. We moved to Newberry recently and are happy to have found a local business of such high caliber!

Addition Nov. 2022- just had Bounds out to service our AC unit. Again, very impressed with the level of professionalism from each person I interacted with- from Sabrina who took my call & scheduled our service, to Thaddeus who came to do the repair. Thadius quickly identified what was causing our problem, explained things to me & what it would cost to fix, & had the job done in short order. AC working great. We love the service we receive from Bounds!! Great communication, respectful of our home & property, fast service, & reasonable price. We are very pleased!! Thank you, Bounds!

They are one of the very best service businesses of any kind I have ever dealt with. Every technician we have dealt with is very professional. This is one very well run company. Their emergency service is fantastic and they stand behind everything they do. Just do it. Call them.

The service technician was very kind and answered all our questions. He was super thorough in checking and maintaining the AC! He cleaned out any debris that would hinder the working ability of the unit. Very pleased with his great work ethic!!
