Excellent service. We will definitely continue using Bounds. Kevin was very helpful in explaining to us how to do our part to maintain our A/C system.

We received an after hours service call. Our service guy Jared Lally was very professional and nice and got here quickly.

Brian came to quote replacing our AC. He was professional, knowledgable and easy to deal with! We are excited to get our new unit installed next week!!

My heart can not express the gratitude of this business. Christmas Eve my heat went out and it was in the 20s that night not a biggie for me but I have a small child. The HVAC technician was very knowledgeable. He installed a UV light to prevent mold growth. He was very nice and helpful

I don’t know Who trains there drivers or if they’re even trained at all van 68 just pulled out in front of me and my wife like we weren’t even there in newberry causing us to have to lock up the brakes just to not hit them. I know who I won’t be calling if I need ac work. Couldn’t trust there drivers to show up safe.
