They were very professional the entrue time I interacted with the company. Both repair reps we dealt with we one time, knowledgable, very polite, and friendly. The call center customer service was top notch. We had to wait a few days for the part to be shipped in but that was explained up front along with all costs associated with the diagnostic and repair. Overall, we will keep using Bounds in the future.

They cleaned our split unit and repaired several leaks under warranty. They were informative, clean, and work diligently while they were here. We are proud to say that we have only been serviced by Bounds to include the initial installation of our HVHA systems 16 years ago!

I’ve met with a couple of different techs and each one has been professional and very knowledgeable on our system. Will continue to use them as long as we live in the NCF area.

Love this company! Not only did they support my education here in Newberry by always sponsoring sports events but here they are still pulling through at the age of 22!! I had a pretty unique issue that I was scared was going to break the bank. They called me back immediately and already had someone out here. Mr. Mark is a gem of an employee he was sweet, professional, very knowledgeable, fast, and was super friendly to our dogs. We signed up for their maintenance program as well. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks so much Mr. Mark for your hard work, tips, and not breaking the bank! 10/10 recommend.

Had circuit board replaced, it was faulty had to order another one. Bounds kept us informed and was in contact contact with us. Very professional and was concerned with our comfort. Very refreshing. We would with no hesitation, recommend Bounds AC.

I had three units scheduled for maintenence service. In all three cases the technician was polite, he stayed focused on the job at hand. He was professional. wore a uniform and drove a Bounds Company vehicle. Communication between office, tech, and me was perfect.

Bounds Heating and Air replaced my entire HVAC system with a beautiful new energy efficient system. They did an amazing job including setting a new pad for the compressor, replacing some wiring, wrapped all lines with insulation etc. I am very happy with the work done and the condition they left my house in. They took all the old equipment and cleaned up everything like they were not even there. Service technicians were hard working, respectful and polite. I highly recommend this company!

They keep up to date on maintenance appointments. Representative that comes gives all information and very professional.

We read the reviews and wanted a second opinion and second price offer after our 20 year old system was giving problems. Quick and spontaneously we were giving a time early the next day. Inspecting all and what needed we got a quote a good bit lower than from another local firm and a few days later all was delivered, installed, tested and all old stuff removed!
