Done with perfection in less than 48 hours of my initial phone call. Brian came out and got everything set up for a brand new AC install. He was super knowledgeable and very helpful. The next day the team showed up and had it all done in half a day. Very professional and really easy to talk to. They did a fantastic job of showing me everything and advising me on future maintenance and care. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Bounds!

We were so pleased with Will, our service person from Bounds Heating and Air. He checked all the right boxes. Came when he said he would. Cleaned up after himself and was extremely knowledgeable! He was very professional and courteous. He spoke about a yearly maintenance contract which would ensure our units are checked twice per year. It sounded like a great idea so we purchased one. The guy who came out was polite and respectful. He wore a mask the whole time and put on shoe covers before coming in to the house so he wouldn’t track mud on the carpet. He didn’t speak to me like I was stupid and actively showed me what he was doing and why… which is great considering whoever installed our HVAC had not bothered to actually wire in the heating panels. They were there, just not wired to anything. He made sure everything was running properly and I was happy to have a warm home when he left.

Bounds Heating and Air put in our new HVAC system and did a wonderful job. They came out to fix a little problem (our fault) and got here quickly and were so great about explaining what was going on.
I will never use anyone else!

After my AC unit died, and knowing it would need to be replaced and not just repaired, I quickly called a few places to get quotes on new units. Bounds came out that same morning to provide information, and had the greatest value of all in terms of equipment, installation, and upkeep. Confirmed the order the next day, and today, two days later, the new unit is in and working great. Their sales rep and all of the technicians were courteous and professional. Everything was cleaned up by the time the installers left, and they made sure to talk through all pieces of the system and answer any questions I had. This was my first experience with Bounds (having usually used another company out of old habit), but it won’t be my last.

Will, the service tech was very respectful,
helpful and easy to discuss the issues with. Due to the work being so late at night, he got my system running and returned the next day to provide additional service and wrote 2 estimates for replacing my old HVAC system.

I highly recommend Bounds for any service they offer. They're extremely reliable, quick to respond to trouble calls and provide trustworthy problem solving for the HVAC issues they deal with.

I used Bounds with a previous home that they installed a new system in. They're always available and I had excellent service with that system. Highly recommend!!!!
