Bounds Heating & Air

Bounds has always been very easy to work with. Their service personnel are always very professional. Additionally, they stand behind their workmanship.

This Guy was Great but my Question is why Mark did not find hair on my coils and Larry did he is a pro at finding the problem I also feel Mark did well this AC filter is so hard to put in as they put it in a hall closet in 1972 Great Day I am feeling cooler concerned about the price I am a widow now and concerned about the amount I was supposed to have 2 free inspections and was never aware when husband was ill.TY for the service he works hard and he deserves a nice Raise..

The gentleman came out on a Sunday to take care of her AC unit. He was very kind and professional. He made it a enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend them to service your heating and AC units.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review, but Bounds did a great job and had such good customer service, I had to give them a shout out.
After they heard we had a newborn baby, they showed up with a whole basket of gifts for us. They were prompt on the job, and there was one minor issue that had to be corrected and was done quickly and at no charge to us.
